My husband, mother and I recently had a cooking class with Claudia. It was a great experience. We booked online and had easy communication with Claudia ahead of time to pick the dish. When we arrived, Claudia and her mother were welcoming. We cooked the saltfish with coconut sauce, and it was delicious. We learned a lot about a variety of local cooking and ingredients beyond the dish we were cooking. We ate the meal on her porch which is beautiful and overlooks the water. Overall it was a great experience which I recommend for anyone that wants to learn more about St. Lucian cooking.
