We couldn’t get in touch with our photographer and via tour kept telling me to call back for refund. Still don’t know if they will be refunding me because they haven’t gotten back to me and I’ve called several times.

Hi Holly, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on Viator. I’ve looked into your issue with our Head of Booking team and the photographer. According to our records, you attempted to reschedule your photoshoot at the last minute. The photographer messaged you several times, and our Head of Booking team also emailed you, but we did not receive any response from you. When you requested a refund through Viator, it was declined because of these communication issues. We provided Viator with proof, including screenshots of our attempts to reach you. I understand you’re upset, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience. However, we are unable to assist when we do not receive communication from our clients. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the photoshoot takes place and the client is dissatisfied with the pictures (though this is very rare). Unfortunately, neither our policy nor Viator’s covers situations where the client does not show up or fails to communicate after requesting a change. Thank you for your understanding.
