Tyler was great. He messaged prior to arrival to confirm he would be at our hotel for 9am, and arrived on time. We arranged for him to pick us back up at 2pm and he advised us that if we wanted collecting any earlier, we could just call him. Otherwise, he'd be there at 2. He was waiting for us when we arrived back at the pick up spot as arranged. He was friendly and gave us great information on St Lucia on journey. Would highly recommend.
