Great private transfers to/from the airport. The drivers were friendly. They were informative and very personable while still allowing us to talk amongst ourselves. A cooler with beer in the car was also nice for the long ride at the start of the vacation.

Someone met us directly after customs and directed us to our car service kiosk. The agent called a driver and in less than 10 minutes we were headed to our resort.

We had a lot of questions regarding St Lucia, the culture, safety and more.
Kevin our driver happily answered them all and educated us.
He kept checking to make sure we were doing okay throughout the drive with the winding roads. Made sure we had water and snacks.
Also, kept us laughing and entertained for the 1.5 hour ride to our resort.
Which made the tide seem shorter.

The vehicle we traveled in to the hotel was very poorly maintained, which made the hour-and-a-half ride quite uncomfortable. It was far from a luxury experience. However, our driver was very kind and accommodating, and I appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this service unless they significantly improve the condition of their vehicles. The picture pictured is very misleading.

Was only given water outside of the airport. No offer of snacks or beer on the trip. Had to wheel bags to van. The driver was nice and polite. Turned music to Caribbean music as we requested and lifter are luggage in and out of the van. Tipped him $20 due to his good driving. Very nice but they need to work on the private transfer experience. Offer what you advertise.

Great service. I would've preferred that they let me know ahead of time what colors to look for as part of identifying my ride. Our driver was phenomenal. He didn't chat much which was a plus given my husband and I were exhausted from traveling to get here by that point. He answered questions when asked and really took care of us.

It was Less expensive than ferry and helicopter. Several people can ride at the same time. We could rely on on time transfer to and from our resort!

The driver never showed up. Had to pay extra $100USD for taxi with someone else at the airport. He basically ghosted us never responded on our message when we tried to contact him.

Our driver Shane was wonderful. He told us all about the island while on our way to our resort. He let us know of any crazy turns, steep hills, he was very safe. He even stopped at a lookout point with an amazing view and took pics of my hubby and I. Would highly recommend this service for your transfer.

The service was great from start to finish. The meeting point was easy to find, right outside the arrivals area and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our driver was kind, helpful, and even took the time to share some great local tips with us. He was especially kind to my son, who suffers from travel sickness, regularly checking in to make sure he was feeling okay throughout the journey.
Highly recommend, we’d definitely use this service again!

Joshua was on time! Very helpful. He allowed us to stop and take pics. He provided us with juice, water, and Piton! The ride is somewhat bumpy and winding. Joshua went easy around the curves and made sure we were okay! He also gave us some history about the island.

My experience was great! My flight was delayed causing my arrival time to be later however, my driver Aaron was able to get me to my resort in time to meet up with the rest of my group for our event. Cecil was my return driver and he was an exceptional guide, even showed us the viewpoint to take great pictures on the way back.

So far, so good. The pick up was smooth. Our driver, Ravi, showed great locations on the island, we were able to take pics, and very smooth ride to our resort. We had Piton beers and they are delicious. I would say that if you can spring the extra fee for getting through customs, it's worth it.

Josiah was my driver going to The Hideaway Royalton, and Shane was our driver back to the airport. They were both outstanding! So nice and lively and it was a comfortable ride there and back. The ride there was so nice I fell asleep. LOL But not before I got to look at a few beautiful sights and have a nice cold beverage. Will definitely be booking more things with this company in the future.

We got picked up from the airport in a vehicle that was cramped with no refreshments ,no snacks and not even a thimble of water . None of the things that were advertised for the 200 American dollars we paid .All we received was a cramped,uncomfortable ride. To add injury to insult when we contacted them to rectify the situation, we were offensively offered a $10 refund. I would never recommend this service to anyone as there are much more better options available.. we ended up canceling our return ride and going with a much better service for the same rate or less .Viator is a third-party service so you never know who they are outsourcing the work to and that is an issue. Not a good experience, although the driver was very good natured with positive energy and was very informative providing us, insight on culture and various historical references about the country on the ride, the lack of refreshments, and not even a drop of water in the vehicle made it less than a desired experience for us. When a company doesn’t back their product and do what’s right by a client They can never earn my business again !

Reliable and on time. Comfortable safe ride. Jason was our driver to from the airport and back. He was so kind and answered all our questions. My 8 year old had a ton of questions about everything……he answered all of them and gave us some tips and ideas of things we might want to check out!

The most easiest transfer experience. Once leaving customs, you will be led to the outside which you will see a bunch of vendors and people with signs. Everyone is extremely friendly and nice. They will help you to what you are looking for. We were able to find the kiosk with my name on it. We did the round trip. Someone will be reaching out to you a couple days or a day before. Very dependable and great drivers that gave us a tour along the way. Had no issues and would highly recommend and use again in the future.

"Curt was fantastic for the pick-up and sightseeing, and the island education was really insightful. Kevin was great as well—he even had Pitcon beer for my friend to try, which was a nice touch. He had such a sweet vibe! And my sweetie at the airport gave me the warmest welcome. Truly a memorable experience all around.
