Our guide Peter was very informative.
We went to the places described in the viator app but at the last stop we were supposed to spend 2hours, including going to the South Friars beach and this did not happen. We went to the Hill to see both Caribbean and Ocean seas for 20 minutes and back to the ship. We paid for a 6 hours tour and got only 3h30min.
I would expect a cheaper price for only 3h not what we paid.

Beautiful experience on the Basseterre Half-Day Tour. Our guide Elvis W. provided wonderful information during the drive around the island and at each site; and also allowed plenty of time for us to explore on our own at each location. We chose this tour over the cruise ship tours because there was more time at each location, especially at Brimstone Hill Fortress and Romney Manor. Our guide gave us a couple different options for our time at the beach and we were able to go to a beach where we could walk on the beach, dip our toes in the sand and water as well observe monkeys. We were so happy Elvis offered us the option to customize our day and spend less time at the beach and more time at Brimstone Hill Fortress and Romney Manor. We did end up having a private tour and loved the entire experience. Elvis was extremely knowledgeable of the island history, plants and wildlife; frequently pointing out interesting facts along the way. Timothy Hill was also a lovely place to view the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean come together.

We did this as a ship excursion and were happy to find most of our fellow passengers were little interested in history as we were just 4 travelers. It was a reasonably priced way to see some of St Kitts beyond the beaches. We drove through the town area with a narration of the buildings, then to Romney Manor. I was interested because the place used to be the estate of Thomas Jefferson's great, great, great grandfather but nothing is left of that incarnation. Today they are selling lovely batik items. We then visited amazing Brimstone Hill Fortress. What an impressive bit of building 800' above the coast! Unfortunately our visit was curtailed by a passing rain. We finished at the overlook where one can see both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. The tour was advertised as about 6 hours but we were finished in less than 4 hours and returned to the port. A well spent afternoon.

The tour was great. However, they scheduled us with someone who was in a wheelchair. They transferred to a walker, but only got out of the van twice. Everything was cut short. They driver was very knowledgeable, but sitting in the third row behind the driver I was unable to hear most things he said.

Great tour and great overview of the island. We had a small, private group that ranged in age from 88 to 10 and Elvis made it a point to please everyone. Elvis was also highly knowledgeable and a great and very personable tour guide. Highly recommend!

Overall it was great to see all the highlights, but I definitely was underwhelmed. Peter was our guide, we feel like he did his job but it was the bare minimum, he drove us and told us about certain highlights along the way, but other than that he didn’t really interact with us much and I find myself having to google some more info. I thought the tour would be a little longer since the description said we would spend 2 hours at frigate bay, but we only stayed at timothy hill for 15mins and headed back to the cruise terminal, making the whole tour a little less than 4 hours. Still glad we took this tour and got to see some beautiful scenery, but really wish we had a more personable and outgoing tour guide.

We were taken promptly at 9am to our driver Megan who gave us a lovely tour of the island, sharing her knowledge of local sites, plants, herbs and their uses, and the history of the various places we drove by and visited. Megan was a very fun guide, and she was happy to stop for pictures if we wanted to. While she was a great tour guide, she also gave us time at the various places to explore on our own. The stop at Timothy Hill was very cool and there are vendors there you can buy some snacks from (which we should have done as we didn't have enough time at the beach to get food and we were getting very hungry by then as there was no lunch stop included). Our last stop was the beach just down from Timothy Hill, which was very nice, but we had less than an hour there and would have preferred a little more time there so we could eat and really enjoy the beach. We were able to buy some drinks there though. All in all a great tour and a lovely guide!

Wonderful experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He catered the tour to what we wanted to see as we were not interested in doing the beach part. He even picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Definitely would recommend using this tour group. Five stars all the way around.

Tour guide Megan was amazing! She is born and raised on the island and is extremely knowledgable in its history and especially the local plants and agriculture. She picked us up in a private car and drove us through downtown Basseterre, along the coast, and up to the fort. She would pull over and show us local plants and fruits that would be growing along the way and explain their medicinal purposes. We had amble time to explore the fort and then we moved on to the historical rum distillery site where we also had plenty of time to explore and shop. She then drove us to a few scenic lookout spots for pictures and then ended the day at a beach that is popular with the locals, all while telling us fascinating stories of the islands history. She provided us with drinks and arranged for beach loungers and umbrella to enjoy our lunch and have a dip in the water. This tour was everything I had hoped for and more with only having 1 day to spend in St. Kitts. Make sure to ask for Megan!

Tatiana gave us a great tour of St Kitts and we enjoyed talking to her to get the inside scoop on the island. We visited Romney estate with the Batik factory, the Fort, the point where the atlantic and caribbean meet and south friar beach. Tatiana was very personable and accomodating.
