THE TOUR THAT WAS NOT

I registered for this tour on April 5, 2024. I paid $200 on or about June 18, 2024. I took the ferry from St Eustatius to St Kitts on June 24, 2024. Then, and only then, was I informed that the tour had been cancelled by the local tour operator Annie's (Fontaine) Caribbean Tours. I did not receive a refund, so I called Viator on July 11, 2024. Annie had not informed Viator of the cancelation. I requested a refund and, after a second phone call to Viator 5 days later, I received my refund. Annie claims that she sent me an email when I made the reservation back in April that the tour would be cancelled if they did not have four people. That was the last I heard from her. Annie canceled the tour and did not notify me or Viator. I will never register for another of Annie's Caribbean again.

Blessings! I personally send an email, and also call the number given on your booking. No answer, sometimes this will happen, no fault of ours. We try and group other's with two persons, Unless it's a private tour. $$36.00US in all for entry fees. It's a very slow off season and hurricane season, in the ending of April to October. Plus since Covid19, the whole island is still struggling. Our deepest apologies The Good book " The Bible says that "No one is perfect. God Bless
