We had a group of 8 people. Tour was very good. Got to see so much of the island. I would recommend. Maxine, Kelly and Obo were great.

They picked us up and then dropped us off at a beach for an hour because no atv's were available. Finally when they arrived, they were in terrible, dangerous condition. Literally no treads on the tires...you could see air through them and when they were explaining how to operate, they said if the excelarator stops working...just jiggle this wire. The more he talked, the less comfortable our group of 6 felt. In the end, we left without doing the exercusion. 0 STARS. Viator should not let them operate under there brand. We have done Viator excursions all over the world with no issues until now.

While the equipment is on its last leg, the tour was great and our guides were super nice and informative. Maxine was on time and right where she said she would pick us up from the cruise ship. It was nearly an entire island excursion. To finish she took us to a consummate beach dive bar smack dab on the Caribbean sea. Food was great, beer was ice cold, and the locals treated us like family. Would highly recommend this trip if you’re looking at it.

We were very disappointed with Mad Max, the company that offered this tour. Our excursion was at 9am. We raced to get off the boat once our cruise ship docked. Only to later discover that Mad Max had no record of our reservation despite the fact I had booked it on Viator at least a month prior. The lady blamed Viator and her life that she said has been a "s&%^ show" over the last few weeks. She kept saying that she was going to have someone pick us up as planned but that time kept getting pushed back more and more. First it was 9:45, then 10:15, then 10:45, then 11:00. We finally got in the dune buggies at 11:30....2.5 hrs after our scheduled start time. The tour itself was fun....although all you do is basically drive up to a viewing point, take some pictures, and head back down. We then went to the restaurant they discuss in the itinerary - Shipwrecked. The owner here was incredibly rude....and the beach was nearly non-existent. Overall, I would stay clear of this tour and tour group. Very disappointed.

Hi folks, I just wanna sincerely apologize. It literally was one of the worst days of the year for me and I’m gonna be honest. I did drop the ball, but there was a reason why my head wasn’t in the game. We basically lost my husband son. He was murdered in broad daylight and we had just had the funeral and we lost so lost his father-in-law 3 days after he was shot. so I think both of us were in a bad headspace. It’s not an excuse but maybe you could have a chance to forgive us for the error. I have a lot of alerts set up so I don’t miss bookings, but sometimes things backfire And I do blame myself. I should’ve checked my program the night before and I didn’t do that and I really sincerely apologize and I would love to offer you a 50% discount if you’re ever back on the island, we are launching a boat tour and if you wanna try something different, I’d be happy to give it to you for cost to make up for the day. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience at Shipwreck. Sometimes they get grumpy on cruise ship days when there’s a lot of people, but it happens to be my favourite beach spot. We don’t have a lot of beach bars in St Kitts and it’s got such a beautiful shallow reef for snorkelling so we like to take people there. I’m sorry that the whole day was ruined. I really apologize.

Maxine picked us up at 10am the cruise port which was very convenient. It was a short drive to the ATV’s where we were handed over to our guides, Rusty and Obo. After a thorough induction and safety briefing, we were on our way. Our drive took us on the roads, down dirt tracks and up the hills for some fantastic views and photo opportunities! It’s a bumpy ride at times and lots of fun!! We didn’t get too muddy as it was dry so the face scarves we were given were much needed because of the dusty roads.
After our ATV drive, Maxine drove us to The Shipwreck beach and bar where we had drinks (she even bought the first beer!) and the most fantastic Jerk Chicken. The beach is cosy with beds to rent, snorkelling is ok but watch out for sea urchins!
Maxine was very flexible about our depart
time which was wonderful as we didn’t feel rushed at all.
We had a great day!

This was so much fun!
I am a bit nervous riding ATV-type vehicles, so my husband drove the dune buggy, and I was a passenger. We had such a great time! Maxine, Olo (Sp?), and Torrence were so accommodating and I felt safe the entire time. Based on our wishes, they took us through neighborhoods, so we learned a lot about the island. We also went off-roading and saw animals and gorgeous views.
The dune buggies are modern and comfortable.
At the end of our 3-hour ride, they took us to a local beach bar where we had delicious food and drinks!
We had their cell number so could stay and enjoy the bar and the beach for as long as we wanted. They came back to transport us to the cruise port when we called them. What a nice extra touch!
I just can't say enough about how well this tour and experience went. 5 STARS!!!

Hey, not sure why I never got notice of these since it’s 2023 but nevertheless, I just want to say thank you so much for taking the time to write us. Amazing review and please look us up again if you’re back on island we are launching a new tour for 2025 a boat tour on Mr. faithful (obo named it lol). We will be going from St Kitts to Nevis with some fishing and snorkelling along the way and definitely some beer so look us up if you ever return.

Maxine and her partner were great hosts, the meeting place was made clear from the start, we got what we were expecting and more, we got to drive the buggies for two hours, on and off road, so got to see a lot of the island that you wouldn’t normally get to see. After, Maxine took us to the beach and waited for us as long as we needed, then drove us back to the cruise ship. There was never any more talk of more money. Truly lovely people.

It was really Fun. We were the only ones, so it was kind of a private Tour. Maxine picked us up at the meeting point. Very nice, friendly and funny Lady. She brought us to a nice Bar/Beach/Place to be called Shipwreck. Really nice place to hang out. We had a drink and waited for buggy's.. Then we had a 2 hour Tour through the island with 2 Tour guides. Very Fun.
They brought us back to that place and Maxine told us that we are allowed to stay there as long as we wanted and afterwards she would bring us back to the ship.
So we went swimming, had another drink and later on she drove us back. It was a great day.
