Overview

Combine an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) adventure with an afternoon soaking in some sun on this St. Kitts off-road tour. Itinerary

Enjoy convenient pickup at your St Kitts hotel in the morning, then transfer to the ATV shop to get set up with your equipment. Meet your adventure guide and listen to a short brief safety lesson, then hop on the ATV for an introduction to the machine.

As soon as you feel comfortable with the controls, don your helmet and goggles and take off. Your guide will adjust their speed and level of daring to yours, which makes this excursion suitable for riders of all experience levels.

Head off-road through the fields of sugar cane and the rolling hills in St Kitts interior. Find yourself in areas of the volcanic island that are difficult or impossible to reach in larger vehicles. Listen to your guide's commentary about the island's history as you pass an old rum distillery and a former sugar plantation.

Stop at the Wingfield Estate, formerly owned by an ancestor of US President Thomas Jefferson.

Return to the ATV shop hot, dusty and tired. Transfer to South Friars Beach for an afternoon of relaxing on the beach and cooling off in the water. The coach will return at a pre-arranged time to take you back to your hotel.

Our family of 5, including 3 teens, did this ATV ride / beach visit during our recent cruise stop at St. Kitts. We had an absolute blast!! The beach was beautiful and water was warm but the ATV ride was our favorite! Our tour guides were awesome! Our 18 year old daughter was nervous to drive but the tour guides were very patient, kind and helpful!! The course was more intense than we all thought and they stopped frequently to make sure we were all together and told us we could stop for pics at any point. They pointed out multiple historical parts of the island and were super friendly throughout the entire trip. While they provided helmets and goggles, I would definitely recommend wearing a face mask or bandana around your nose and mouth. The trail was super dusty and our face masks made a huge difference. This experience far exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting St. Kitts!

Awesome ATV tour. Small group of me and a couple. Went at a fairly fast pace. Did not do the beach part of the tour due to the rain after the ATVs. Tour guide was friendly. Pointed out interesting views and such. I would recommend this tour.

Awesome ATV tour! Manners and Ivan were incredible and made sure everyone had fun. We appreciated going up to the fort as well. Good machines and the route had a nice variety of terrain and scenery. We had a nine year old with us and Ivan was terrific with her - “dad that was the trip of my lifetime”. Maybe a little hyperbolic but great that she had that rush. You’ll get dirty so embrace it and enjoy! Highly recommended.

What a fun way to see the island! Our guide, Manners, was polite and laid back. The trails were bumpy enough to be challenging and fun. We saw monkeys and sheep and cows and beautiful vistas and took a quick dip off a pier.

We had an absolutely wonderful day! I was very apprehensive at the start and within 20 mins, the instructor had me feeling calm and comfortable. We had a wonderful mini island tour and even stopped for a drink at a local bar. The views were spectacular and the people soo warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to visit St Kitts again. I will definitely be returning and using this company again.

Ivan was very patient with us as we learn to drive an ATV, by the time we were done we were very confident with our driving abilities. This tour was a fun way to learn about the inside section of the island. Ivan was very knowledgeable about the plants and local history. He took tons of pictures of us and was sent to us immediately after the tour.

The 4 wheelers were great and our guides were amazing. I wasn’t impressed with the beach area they took us too, so I would suggest booking just the 4 wheeler tour and then take a taxi or Uber to banana bay beach or another blue water beach!

One of the most thrilling adventures I have ever had in my life! So happy we did it. My husband had an amazing time is well! We got to see you so much and are two are good Manners was the coolest!! I had never ridden on an ATV in my life, and he explained things very well. I had the time of my life! I wanted to go back and do it again the next day all over again!

It was convenient for the tour company to pick me up at my Airbnb, and within a short time the 2 other guests and I were at the starting point to meet Ivan, a guide for 14 years, who is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. After several minutes of an introductory lesson on how to operate the ATV, we were off to explore! We visited an area with beautiful flowers (Bird of Paradise, Bougainvillea, and others), and a Batik shop to see how Batik’s are made. There’s a nice gift shop there as well. Afterwards, traveling along unimproved tracks, Ivan had us take a break so he could climb a tree to gather 4 coconuts to hack away at so we could have fresh coconut juice! Delicious! The rest of the time was spent exploring more landscapes. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!! Pick up and drop off from the cruise port was hassle-free. Manners was our tour guide for our ATV adventure. He was awesome! This was our first time on ATVs and manners made sure we felt comfortable operating the ATVs before our tour. Manners went above and beyond. During our tour he took us to a beautiful location by water where my now fiancée proposed! Manners was kind enough to get this surprise proposal all on video! He made this excursion super fun and definitely memorable! THANK YOU MANNERS!! Afterwards we were taken to any beach we preferred to relax at until we had to get back to the port. The driver dropped us off at our beach of choice and returned at an agreed upon time to take us back to the ship. He was very punctual and friendly!! Again, I highly highly recommend this excursion!!!

Tour/Activity was fantastic!! We 2 adults and our 9-yr old son thoroughly enjoyed the ATV tour!! Manners our ATV guide was super patient and articulate in his commentary. Caribelle and its gardens were beautiful....only unfortunate thing is that Caribelle doesn't not accept any 'special orders/designs' for later shipment home when complete what you see is all that is available. ATV tour circuit itself is great- they've included at least a couple areas where you can really 'open it up' high speed and/or 'get air' if you are so inclined. What's also great is they have a small clean-up area to wash off a bit after the tour it's dusty!!. We opted for the beach add-on Frigate Bay Beach for this tour and you can decide or agree w/ the other members of your tour on how long you would like to stay. Beautiful beach...just be prepared to shell out 10 for two loungers and an umbrella per day....there are no abbreviated rates for just a couple of hours!

A really good time on the 4-wheelers, I only wish you further up the mountains to see the forested areas. The old sugar plantation buildings were fun to walk around in. The beach we went to was great for snorkeling there is a shallow reef 30-40 foot from the beach with lots of fish to watch. There is also some great local food shacks down the beach, we had grilled lobster which was delicious.

Overall a very enjoyable day! Smooth pickup at the hotel. It was a day when there was not not a cruise ship in port, so both the ATV tour and beach were not packed. Ivan did a lovely job with the tour, while dealing with a novice rider. : ATV portion ended up being about 2 hours. Be ready for some dust! I would suggest log pants, and don't forget the sunglasses. You'll definitely be ready for the beach stop. Next stop was Jam Rock Beach, cooled off, relaxed under under the umbrella's and had an casual lunch. Elvis was very flexible on the return time, which was appreciated.
