The botanical gardens is mixed in with an old plantation and our tickets didn't include a tour guide. The tickets were very expensive with only about a $5 discount for our 3 year old. The rum tour was great and our driver was very nice. He took us to a great beach after the rum tour however the botanical gardens and value for what you received was disappointing.

Thank you fir enjoying the botanical gardens do not offer guides unless it’s a cruise ship day which I tried asking for guides but is beyond my control.

BE AWARE OF PAYNE’S TOUR COMPANY. FIRST THEY don’t RUN AN ON-TIME SCHEDULE MEANS YOU WILL BE LATE TO ALL THE STOPS DURING YOUR TOUR.
SECOND - YOU WILL HAVE NO TOUR GUIDE because Payne’s Tour no coordinated ahead of time with the places.
Third - Payne’s Tour use only one driver for multiple excursions.
Its mean you can be dropped off at one place and have to wait long periods of time to be picked up.
4- They have zero customer service
It’s mean they don’t apologize or at least give you an explanation of nothing.
5- They say on the excursion details what’s included but not true.
Its means the driver is just a driver don’t expect to know about your surroundings from the driver like historically places or interest points in route and don’t expect the bottle of water bring your own .
6- when you try to make a claim via Viator app , Payne’s Tour call you just a liar be aware.
Conclusions- Avoid Payne’s Tour at all cost , Viator should investigate them on how they treat customers on their platform, I used Viator and they’re excellent on Customer Service and support for a company like Payne’s Tour messed up.
There’re better Tours operators than Payne’s Tour please choose wisely not like me I choose poorly.

We treat customers very well but some customers find the need to move along other customers on the tour and say where they want to go and where they won’t be going. We tried our best to accommodate you but you was not the friendliest customer to deal with.
