We were at the meeting location listed on the experience at 9:45, waited till 10:30 and nobody showed up. We messaged at 10:08 asking if the location was different and received no response from anyone. We didn't receive a call or anything canceling the tour. This is very disappointing!

This is not the experience we want for our guests, and we’re taking immediate steps to improve our communication process so this doesn’t happen again. It was an amazing experience, we were able to come right up next to the turtles (without disturbing their peace). We saw so many different fish, and Jovan was an awesome guide that prioritized our safety as well maximizing the amount of underwater animals we were able to see. We felt safe the whole time. Out of all the experiences we have had snorkeling, this was the best one. This was all around an unforgettable experience with friendly, funny guides that made this the highlight of our St. Croix experience.
