Jag vill uttrycka min djupa besvikelse över den båttur jag nyligen deltog i. Tyvärr blev upplevelsen helt förstörd av det otrevliga bemötandet från de ansvariga på båten. Från det ögonblick vi klev ombord möttes vi av arrogans och nonchalans. Personalens attityd var oacceptabel, de var ovänliga och verkade irriterade när vi ställde frågor. Det fanns ingen vilja att hjälpa eller ge oss den information vi behövde för att njuta av turen. Det var tydligt att de ansvariga inte hade något intresse av att göra vår upplevelse trevlig. Förväntningarna på en avkopplande och trevlig båttur förbyttes snabbt till frustration och obehag. Jag anser att detta är helt oacceptabelt och kräver därför en refund för denna extremt misslyckade upplevelse. Jag hoppas att ni tar detta på allvar och ser över hur er personal behandlar kunder i framtiden
