The driver was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great time 10/10. I would definitely recommend.
We had an excellent day trip from Split to Krka waterfalls. The waterfalls are pretty, and the walking boardwalk is generally flat, except for the way back when you hit a bunch of steps. It takes about 1-1.5 hours to complete.
Our driver Ante was extremely personable, knowledgeable about history of Croatia, and spoke excellent English. He dropped us off in the national park, walked with us to the head of the walking trail, and accommodated our request for a stop in Sibenik for lunch and a grocery store stop on the way back. We really had a good time and would highly recommend this company - and Ante.
Tip: Be sure to stop by Our Lady of Loreto statue on the way back if you are doing the coastal route. Gorgeous views.

Wife and I had a fantastic experience. Henry our driver and guide was extremely knowledgable and shared a ton of information about the area and attractions that we visited. He went out of his way to make us comfortable and ensure we were having a great experience. We got to the Krka falls early to beat the crowds which was awesome. A nice vista point stop on the way to Trogir was amazing. Henry started us off on Trogir with information about the town and recommendation for lunch which was fantastic.

We had the absolute best day with Ante going to Krka and a winery after!
We were picked up in the morning very near to our hotel (which was in old town so not car accessible). The car was very clean and AC was great for the summer heat.
We hit the road, Ante told us our agenda, and then recommended a lookout point along the way we never would have found ourselves. We had an amazing view at the lookout point (Kip Gospe of Loreta) and then went down the hill for a 45 minute stop in Primošten. This is a tiny, quiet, and beautiful town that was a former island so surrounded by water on all sides. We had a coffee, walked around the island, and then were greeted by Ante with cold water before setting off again for Krka.
At Krka, Ante helped us get our tickets (we got a discount) and drove us down into the park. Ante knew so much history of Krka, Dalmatia, and Croatia that made everything we saw more meaningful.
At Krka my partner and I walked the full park (so stunning), before Ante came and picked us up. He had great restaurant recommendations, and took us to a fantastic place that specialized in traditional Croatian barbecue (among other things - get the veal risotto!) that also just happened to be a Michelin bib gourmand restaurant. There, we also ran into the tour company owner (Henry), who was giving a tour to his own group. He introduced himself and was so friendly and kind.
From there he brought us to Rak winery, where the tour company had upgraded us for free, to get a 6 glass wine tasting and traditional snacks made on site - some of the best prosciutto, bread, cheese, and olive oil we’ve ever had. The winery is family owned and operated, with excellent vintages and lots to learn about Croatian wines, both on the traditional and contemporary sides.
Full, a tiny bit tipsy, and tired from the sun, Ante drove us back to Split and we continued to chat and learn so much about this great country. When almost home, Ante pulled over, and surprised us with two fresh donuts from his favorite Croatian bakery (we had asked about traditional bakeries and baked goods at the beginning of the trip). Just such a touching gesture.
Overall, we had the best time and the best day. Cannot recommend this tour enough.
Henry is amazing and made our day so fun.
We did everything we wanted and then Henry crafted our extra time to make the entire day perfect. It was a fantastic day! Loved it all!

Beautiful country, nice easy drive to falls, falls were great we had time to walk the entire loop around the area. Our driver was great, we had great conversations with him and he knew all about the area. He took us to a great restaurant after the falls hike which was great. On the way home we made 2 extra stops in a little town Primosten and a gorgeous overlook down the road. Great time. Great van very comfortable and he brought us water.

We had a perfect experience. The tour operator was very flexible and allowed us an earlier 8am start and return to split airport (instead of going back to port). The driver Ante was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made good suggestions on a lunch and swim spot after visiting the waterfall and took us to a beautiful look out at the end too.
Couldn’t be happier with the day and very glad we booked! Krka waterfalls are worth the visit (go early like we did and beat the crowds)

Our cruise ship docked at Split, Croatia.k. We booked a private van to Krka National Park. Our driver, Ante, was an excellent. My mother, being elderly, needed extra time to explore the park. Ante was incredibly patient and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met. The booking also allowed us to witness the breathtaking waterfall and return to the ship on time. We loved our tour. Henry was amazing. He was so accommodating and kind to our group. The vehicle was very comfortable and Henry very knowledgeable. Henry was the best guide we could have asked for. He got us to Krka before the big cruise-ship buses arrived, which made the whole experience so much better. He pointed out all the best viewpoints, and the walkthrough was beautiful and memorable. He was also flexible with a detour afterward, he took us to Šibenik, where we explored the gorgeous old town and got great food and dessert recommendations. From there we visited a small peninsula town and walked around enjoying the views. He even dropped us off at the port so we could continue on to Hvar. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend him.

It was really enjoyable experience. The driver took us to a very nice restaurant. The coastal drive was amazing and we even got to go to some picture spot that usually would be difficult to reach!

The Krka National park and waterfalls are a must see if you are in or close to Split. They are beautiful and a truly unique experience. We went on an early morning tour and were so glad we were finishing as many large tour buses arrived and crowded the walkways. We were grateful that we had a chance to experience the park as calm and serene before the heat of the day and large crowds changed the atmosphere. Ante was a friendly and very knowledgeable tour guide. He kept the drive interesting with his local history and shared great suggestions of other sites to see and local food to try that were hidden treasures. Highly recommend his tour!

Way too many hours spent in the van! Driver was pleasant but explained very little. The boat ride was a big nothing for 20 EU and they refused credit cards
What we saw was slightly interesting but I personally would not recommend this tour unless you want to be in a van for endless hours to see just 1 or 2 brief places of interest
First time I’ve ever found Viator to be a disappointment

Hello, Hrvoje here, the owner of the company.
I'm very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience during your trip. However, I genuinely believe this review may have been posted on the wrong tour, and here's why.
First, regarding the van and the travel time:
Krka National Park is about 55 miles (90 km) from Split, and the drive takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Since all of our tours are private, we travel directly via the highway and often arrive even a bit sooner, depending on traffic.
Second, the only additional expense for our guests is the €30 entrance ticket to Krka National Park.
There is no boat ride included in our tour, nor do we offer any optional boat rides that require a €20 cash payment.
If time permits, we also like to include an extra stop for our guests at no additional charge to make their experience even more enjoyable.
I personally drive every van tour myself, and in the ten years I've been doing these tours, I have never received a complaint about spending too much time in the vehicle.
Based on the details in your review, it sounds much more like a Montenegro tour departing from Dubrovnik than our Krka Waterfalls tour from Split.
None of the experiences you described match the itinerary or services that we provide.
Our tour guide Henry was incredible. He made our day perfect. He gave us a lot of information about Croatia as we drove to Krka National Park. Once we got there, he made sure that we knew where to go. The lunch spot that he recommended was amazing. The food was delicious. We also went to another coastal town and walked around for a bit. It was a great day. Henry is an amazing tour guide.

My friends and I had a great experience on this tour! Vulija our driver was amazing, extremely knowledgable, and had the best recommendations. Highly recommend to book!
Very mediocre experience. I was under impression the guide that was with us today would come with us on locations, but he ended up just being a chauffeur with little history knowledge. Didn’t get out of the car at any points of the trip. He also left decision of where to take us to me and my husband, people who know little about the area.
If his job is solely to drive, then don’t advertise it as guided tour!
If you want to have the best day ever you should book this tour. Henri made our trip to the waterfalls one of our best memories of Croatia. The sprinter was clean and comfortable, he drives cautiously, and we all had such great conversations on the rides there and back. When we arrived at the waterfalls he explained the history of the area and then let us go at our leisure while he waited for our text. He suggested the most amazing lunch spot where you felt like family. We can’t recommend this tour enough. Don’t waste your time going on some big bus tour! This is the best option to go to the waterfalls.
From the minute we booked, communication was great. Took us initi as l waterfall tour then left us to explore on our own. Then he took us to a local restaurant Hrjove which was just perfect. We opted for a winery visit at Rsk which made it a perfect day. We highly recommend Henry and this flexible tour!!
This tour to the National Park was beautiful. The guide for the tour, Henry, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and more importantly very personable and willing to share information about the country and about the places you are visiting. He is also flexible if needed.

Henry treated us like family and made sure that we had the best day. He contacted us the day before the tour to check-in and coordinate. He made recommendations for our arrival in Split. The day of the tour, he treated us like family. We chatted about everything and by the end of it, he felt like a member of our family. He made recommendations and showed us around. He recommended a lunch place where they had caught fish earlier this morning. We loved this tour. It was incredibly customized and special. So glad that we got to spend the day wihh th Henry!
Lotus Travel was incredibly accommodating of our large group, creating a customized experience to visit the Krka Waterfalls and special stops. They made special lunch reservations as part of our day, which ended up being one of our favorite meals in Croatia. We had plenty of time to explore independently and at our pace. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this private tour with Henry! Probably one of the best, if not the best tours we have we have taken to date. Worth every penny…
Henry is a fantastic communicator and his English is flawless. He picked us up on time in a Mercedes mini-van as we had a collapsible wheelchair with us and it was really comfortable and clean.
We feel like we did so much with Henry and he was always full of really interesting facts and stories. Krka national park is so picturesque and we were able to do most of it with the wheelchair. Lunch at a local spot in Skradin was delicious and we enjoyed walking around Trogir and eating delicious ice-cream - all Henry’s recommendations.
100% book this tour - you won’t regret it. We hope to come back again and will definitely hire Henry to show us some more of this beautiful country. Thanks Henry 😊

Before we arrived Hrvoje's correspondence was great. He reached out to confirm details and offered some options so we could get the best out of the day. It was a very reassuring. The day itself was wonderful. We were picked up in Split in a clean air conditioned car. On the way to our first stop Hrvoje stopped at a little coffee shop and bought us some drinks to make sure we were hyrdted for the morning. Using his local knowledge we beat the crowds at Krka. He gave us a brief overview of what to expect, where to go and some pointers before letting us spend the time on our own to explore the park and waterfalls. We were completely free to do as we pleased used WhatsApp to let him know when we were ready to be picked up. After the park we took a quick walk through Skradin and took a ride over to Sibenik. Again, Hrvoje gave us a quick overview of the town and gave us some advice before letting us explore at our own pace. As we didn't stay for lunch and there was a bit of time left (and we were celebrating a birthday) Hrvoje surprised us with a bonus visit to Primosten on the way back to Split. The whole day was something we won't ever forget. We are very grateful for the effort Hrvoje put in to make the day special and all his knowledge. If we ever make it back to Croatia we will 100% reach out to him again.
