We had an exceptional experience transporting from the airport to our hotel in Split. Our driver was waiting for us as we exited baggage claim. He was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond in helping us when we realized we left a backpack on the airplane. He went with us to the lost and found desk and explained the situation in Croatian. They retrieved the bag from the clearing crew within 30 minutes. He also called our restaurant in Split to let them know we would be delayed. We are forever grateful!

Transport doesn’t always come to the top of your mind until you need a ride! Long flights and missing drivers can make for a bad experience. Fortunately, with this company, they were completed focused on the customer experience! At pick up our driver was there with our name on the sign (though our luggage didn’t arrive). He walked us to the car and gave us a forecast on our arrival time. He shared a few tips on good food to try and was very professional! I highly recommend this tour!

I was not picked up at the airport. I called and was told no one was available. My flight was canceled and I arrived three hours later. I emailed as soon as I rebooked so I could still be picked up. I contacted your firm and was told no one was available.

Hi Gary, You booked transfer service at a certain time (at 11:00 am) not the driver on disposal for the whole day. You called us from Split airport at 3:00 pm when you arrived and you had a transfer scheduled at 11:00 am. If we had that information on time, we would send the driver to the airport to pick you up as we do with every other guest who has delays in flight and we have availability (you can see that in our reviews). When we saw your flight was canceled, we tried to reach you on the provided phone number, texted you, and emailed you to find out your new arrival time (without any answer), even though you were supposed to inform us that your flight number had changed and you were coming with a different flight. We sent all instructions to you by email, information that you need to let us know if your flight is canceled or changed. You can't expect that we send our driver to the airport to wait the whole day for each transfer booked on that day. All of our drivers have scheduled transfers for each day. I am sorry we hadn’t available driver once you landed without any previous notice, but the driver on disposal was not something you booked and paid. Regards, Fani
