Ante is a great guide. He provides lots of information and is very nice and enthusiastic. There were too many highlights on this trip to mention but nothing was better than lunch at his mother's house. The food and setting were both fantastic. Highly recommended.

Wow! Highlight of our trip. From the planning and pre tour communication, the flexibility to highlight what we were most interested in, the two homestyle meals with our fabulous hosts (these meals were incredible, food and connection not to be missed), and the detailed history with our knowledgeable and kind driver, we could not have been more. The amount of time at each stop allowed us to see and experience what was most important to us. I could not recommend the private tour more highly.

If I could give this 20 stars I would! We truly had the most amazing day with Ante. He was so kind and wonderful. We started at the stunning Kravice Falls, continued on to Mostar and he even included some fun surprises along the way! We ended the tour at his family’s beautiful home and had one of if not the best meal of our lives! His family was so lovely and hospitable! We plan on coming back just to see them!! 😊 It was truly a beautiful, memorable experience that we will never forget!!

I was late finding the right port and called. Albeit, I was 45 minutes late, because I couldn’t get through to the number, but the person I dealt with said they left and wouldn’t return. I was in a taxi on my way. I paid $848 for the day. They should have returned. When I booked this private tour I asked if the info I gave was correct. If there was a problem I needed to be contacted before I left for my vacation. I had pour cell service overseas. I booked this well in advance if their was an issue. I want to be refunded. I had to pay a taxi $500 to take me there. I’d like to book through you again, but I expect to be refunded.

Dear Meredith Pratt thank you so much for taka time and write review and give me opportunitiy to write true about this tour. What can be seen in our correspondence with you on viator and eamils ? For 5 days day by day I sending messages on a both adress Viator and to mobile phone numbers witch was provide in our ticket tour ,and asking to send us the name of the Boath that should come to the Port of Split, as you pointed out, Port of Split. We also agreed to leave earlierer because you have to be back on the boat in Split Port by 3:30 p.m. We have to Start at 8am. At 8 o'clock we agreed to start , we waith for you , as you can see, we try to contacted you in all ways also on day of trip , and we don't know which Boath we waithing for , because you didn provide name. you didnt cancle tour. When you book trip You send correct info “Port Of Split” How we know that you made mistake and it was Trogir Port. In this case it is not possible to do tour because you have to come back at 3:30pm from Bosnia. And your boath late 45 minutes to the poer of Trogir. You send us that You made mistake with port 2h after Depature of tour that is not our fault. Driver And Guide are waiting for a ship that doesn't arrive and we don't have the name of boath in the Port of Split. During that time, my mother prepares a lunch for you , which she started preparing the day before. AFTER TWO HOURS what the trip was supposed I saw you Send me email Around 9 :35am! We get a message that you are in Taxi, and you are are on way to Split and your boat late 45min at Trogir Port. You send us that you made mistake with name of Port and Town. I cant belave how you can write not true on review because we have all evindece in email system! Namely, you were 45 minutes late with the boat to the city of Trogir, and by the time you disembarked and found a taxi, 2 hours had passed since departure. Our Guide and Driver left Split because they don’t now what Boath they waith. Likewise, the fact that you claim they have no signal is wery dificule to belavie, all our guests have signals, especially on big Boath like yours. 24h before you can cancle that is polici on Viator also you didn’t Replay 5. Days on our info request. Complete no respect for me and my family. 24 h Cancelation before is wery gentle from Viator and we cant do anything whit this ! My opinion that you was fell free to book tour and if you not make to come on time you will ask refund. Be on mind that we living from this Authentic tours in Short sesone like this days, we have to work wery hard to continue our farm alive. You replay After 1:30 min from departure of Tour . Can You imagine that you are in Port waithing with no name Ship and nobody replaying on Request. Viator complete protecting us, we're working for the season and that's what we live for. Me my mother, guide and driver, we follow your instructions. We were waiting for the boat for more than 1:30 and we didn't even have a name, I was looking for information a couple of days before every day and that morning also from 3. Difrent phones nobody replay It was not possible to make a trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina and return on time by 3:30pm and not to Split Port it was at Trogir Port. Taxi from Trogir to Split is around 50 Euros one way. So please don’t sending not true info. We get terrible review for tour witch was never happened. On the end Iam fell free to invaite you on my tour because you all ready payed and I can only refund you on this way to give best day trip on your next tour in Croatia. Yo will be more then welcome to my place like hundreds other guest and see why my tour is best day on Holiday. Ante

Great tour experience in Bosnia

Trip was amazing. Mostar was fantastic, but lunch at the local home was even more special and allowed us to experience more of the cultural experience. Highly recommended. We enjoyed the tour guide we scheduled him for a second trip.
