Fast and efficient rental process. Very easy to get set up with quality e-bikes. Great scenery on local roads. However, it would be an improvement if they provided a local map / plan (other than just using Google)
I booked the bike in the wrong town, 2.5 hrs away and when I notified them, they immediately refunded my money. They didn't have to, but what a great business
