Shambolic!

No tour guide, trip should have been cancelled. We were taken to the boat in extremely cold & windy conditions, hunkered down in a dark room in the lower deck to stay warm., even though we had jumpers & coats on. The boat was completely open to the elements. On returning to the main deck to buy a hot drink, we were faced with a sandstorm blowing into the boat & our faces. There was an elderly woman crying her eyes out! The boat ride was not scenic & the boat struggled on return, sailing into an icy, headstrong wind. Did we stay for lunch? God no, a mass exodus to get on the coaches to try & get warm. The next stop was meant to be the waterfalls which was abandoned. A big Turkish bazaar was next on the list but was apparently closed & without telling us they dropped us off at a big, indoor tacky store & was told we had 2 hours there! Not one of us stayed more then 15 minutes, it was so bad, so the coach driver decided to drop us off on a main road in a town, not sure where due to limited English & pointed down the hill & told us there was a Bazaar, somewhere down there! My daughter & I were so dismayed at the disappointment & chaos, we paid for a taxi ride back to the hotel. I contacted Prestige Tours on return to tell them of our horrendous day & request a refund for ruining the last day of our holiday. Their reply was, "If u had the boat trip, there would be no refund' "Sorry Dear, have a nice day". I have no words........

we already told eveyone . We asked if you would join the tour. It is impossible for us to do tour without a guide anyway, it is true that the weather was bad but people joined the tour knowing this. Im sorry.
