A very disappointing trip for several reasons. Firstly the van which came to collect us from our hotel was in poor condition, with two seats which were damaged and air conditioning which did little to counter the 36 degree heat. Secondly the van was overcrowded, probably because the tour providers were trying to maximise every penny of profit they could.
Then there were a couple of instances which left a very sour taste in the mouth. We knew that entrance to the Waterfall was extra (and Google suggested that this would be 5 TL. However, right at the start of the boat trip we were told to pay 5 Euros or we would not even be taken to the entrance of the waterfall. Basically it seems like a way to keep the headline price of the trip down and then effectively hold people to ransom.
The second instance was that, just as we were about to board the ship we were told to leave behind all drinks. Bearing in mind that the advert had said no drinks were included in the price we had made our own provisions. However we had to remove all drinks from our bags so that we would be FORCED to buy the overpriced drinks on board (small ice creams costing 4 Euros, small bottles of water costing 1 euro).
Other issues with the boat trip were the very poor standard of English spoken by the staff. If an excursion is advertised as “English” then the staff should be required to speak a certain level of English. It was extremely difficult to understand what they were saying.
I would say that lunch was adequate, a dried piece of chicken with some salad and bulgur rice (drinks extra). To finish off the river cruise the icing on the cake was a member of the crew walking round with the tip jar making tipping compulsory.
On the plus side the cruise and the waterfall are both very scenic. However I found the market to be extremely overpriced and only worth it if you enjoy haggling.

Great day out and the team work hard! I don't think I'd bother with the waterfalls as really not that interesting and I would have liked more time in the market. But that's on what I booked not the trip or team !

Picked up outside the hotel at the arranged time, quick transfer to the boat. Down the river to the sea for a turnaround, pulled up for swimming and lunch (chicken, salad, rice and bread) drinks reasonably priced. Optional waterfalls visit. 4 hrs at the market.

This was our first trip to Turkey and wanted to see the nearby waterfalls but there was no specific trip to the waterfalls only a day and I now see why. The cost was of this trip was very good, a boat trip, walk on the beach, lunch and for an extra €4 each a trip to the waterfalls. We were picked up by the tour operator and taken to a pirate ship, where we paid the extra €4 each for the waterfall excursion and started to board the ship. However as we boarded the staff confiscated any drinks I.e. water so you had to buy it on board. I think each guest should be allowed to bring a bottle of water onboard as it was a hot day! As we started to sail it became very clear this was a party boat with dancing on the top deck and even a foam party. We sailed from the river into the see, lots of loud music and then docked by a beach for around 50 minutes. We had a walk and then returned to the boat and we started the return journey and they served lunch which was very good, chicken breast and salad. When we arrived back at our starting point we were split into two groups, waterfall group and the market group. A quick coach trip to the waterfalls and we were allocated 30 minutes to see the waterfalls. Initially we were disappointed that we only had 30 minutes but seeing them I can understand why, they are very disappointing they are not waterfalls just a nice river. We were then hoping to go back to the hotel but they decided to take us to the market where we stayed for 90 minutes so we could buy designer goods for €5. This was a long 90 minutes in the heat and then it went into mad chaos as they tried to organise our transfer buses back to the hotel. Looking back it was a good trip, my concern is not allowing guests to bring a bottle of water onboard and I fully appreciate they have to maximise sales. The staff did a great job entertaining everyone and I would definitely recommend Viator than using one of the TUI trips which are 3x more expensive.

Sorry but took the money for trip as per agreed but no other details of pick up etc hotel rang the tour operator who said they would send me the time of pick up , they did not reply we knew trip was 9.00 so we waited at hotel lobby from 7.30 am no body came to pick us up .hotel rang operator again to ask why they had not picked us up and they said we were not there ,after hotel confirmed we were there waiting they apologised and gave us refund . Extremely disappointed.

The Manavgat River Cruise was sailed on The Prestige with the added talents of a multi-lingual guide. The boat was really good for sunbathing on the top? or the choice of all the other floors decks? where the was sun or shade options. Lunch was delicious with Chicken or fish options leaving plenty of time for the swim breaks which were something I was looking forward to. It is an enjoyable experience to swim in specific coves and spots especially when they are provided in the excursion itineries. The Manavgat waterfall was really picturesque and I have some lovely photos to make cards out of to give to my family as an Eid gift.
The Grand Bazaar in Antalya was fun especially when looking for jewellery and watches. It was nice to look around the market and the experience was not as stressful as I thought it was going to be and so I actually did make some purchases.
The bad communication seems to be the downside again as with the hotel. The itinery read that drinks were included, but it turns out it meant that they are not. the multi-talented multi-lingual guide further highlighted this bad communication by taking the paperwork, making phonecalls and covering up any notion of bad communicative error with just make payments no problem and of course its guilt for me me me....and for What??? i dont even want to know.
It was a really good day and Im glad I did it, othertwise I wouldnt have booked it. thank god I didnt get lost .

Packed boat that smealt of bad feet. Food was ok. After boat trip we had three hours to kill in what was tremed as a bazzar but it was just a tacky street market. Overall, Very low class!

Bis auf das Essen alles exklusive, nicht annähernd wie beworben, extra hier, extra da, Getränke werden einem förmlich aufgezwungen.
Musikpegel wie in einer Dizze, Photograph und krätziger Papagei, Badepause entpuppt sich als Souvenirverkaufsstelle, mit der Möglichkeit für €40, 10 min Wassersport zu betreiben, Aufenthalt auf dem Markt 4h30min, am Treffpunkt unendliche Nachfage ob man noch etwas essen oder trinken möchte, selbst wenn.man noch ein halbvolles Glas vor sich hat.

Nous sommes arrivés au bateau pour la croisière et on nous demande de payer 4 € par personne. Le capitaine du bateau ne parlant ni anglais ni français, je n'ai pas compris et j'ai donc payer en plus de la réservation 12 € pour moi et mes deux filles. J'envoie un message à l'organisateur pour lui expliquer et il me dit que c'est pour l'entrée aux cascades de Manavgat. Nous y étions allés déjà il y a 2 jours et nous avions payés 2,50 € pour nous trois. Belle arnaque !!!
Ensuite comme nous avions des billets, nous sommes allés aux cascades. Le chauffeur nous dit que nous avons 30 minutes et quand nous revenons au point de rdv, il était parti sans se soucier que nous n'étions pas arrivés. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour aller jusqu'au souk. En résumé, organisation décevante, croisière ennuyeuse, cascades qui n'en sont pas, souk très grand mais très chers. Je déconseille fortement cette excursion !!! À fuir !!!

Concernant les 4 € demandés par personne, il s’agit bien des frais d’entrée officiels des cascades de Manavgat, qui peuvent varier selon la saison et la politique locale. Nous comprenons toutefois parfaitement votre incompréhension, d’autant plus que le capitaine ne parlait pas français ni anglais. Nous reconnaissons que cette information aurait dû être communiquée plus clairement en amont, et nous en sommes désolés.
Nous sommes également très préoccupés par le fait que le chauffeur soit reparti sans attendre tout le groupe au point de rendez-vous des cascades. Cela n’est absolument pas conforme à nos standards de service ni aux consignes données à nos partenaires locaux. Votre retour a été transmis au prestataire concerné afin que ce type de situation ne se reproduise plus.
Nous comprenons que l’organisation générale, la croisière et les visites n’aient pas répondu à vos attentes, et nous regrettons sincèrement que cette journée n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances. Vos remarques sont prises très au sérieux et nous aideront à améliorer la communication, la coordination et la qualité globale de cette excursion.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Schifffahrt war sehr schön. Busfahrt zu den Wasserfällen Manavgat war sehr lustig. Super Chauffeur. Manavgat Wasserfälle sehr schön, Zeit war leider etwas zu knapp. Basar am Montag in Manavgat einmalig. Alles in allem ist der Ausflug sehr zu empfehlen und der Preis sehr gut.
