The crew is extemely professional and helpful.
We got picked up from our hotel at the exact time the guide told us.
We stopped at 3 spots to swim, two times at the Manavgat river delta and once at the Dolphin Island.
Unfortunately, we didn't see dolphins but the disclaimer states that it's not 100% certain that you'll see dolphins. The rest was all great, lunch is good and soft drinks like fanta, cola, sprite and water are free, all rest drinks and alcohol, snacks and ice cream are paid extra, but that's usual for this types of tours.
All in all, a great experience and would definitely recommend if you're staying around Side.

The crew is extemely professional and helpful.
We got picked up from our hotel at the exact time the guide told us.
We stopped at 3 spots to swim, two times at the Manavgat river delta and once at the Dolphin Island.
Unfortunately, we didn't see dolphins but the disclaimer states that it's not 100% certain that you'll see dolphins. The rest was all great, lunch is good and soft drinks like fanta, cola, sprite and water are free, all rest drinks and alcohol, snacks and ice cream are paid extra, but that's usual for this types of tours.
All in all, a great experience and would definitely recommend if you're staying around Side.

We had an amazing time on this boat trip! The entertainment was great, and we enjoyed a very good lunch onboard. The swim stops were incredible, with clear beaches and beautiful blue water. My entire family was happy, and we had a truly relaxing day. Highly recommended!

Filthy boat crammed like sardines foul smell stopped at a beach full of litter disgusting. Cup for drink had hairs on it. Brought a parrot around for photos which was the dirtiest smelliest thing I've ever seen in my life. Staff looked like the hills have eyes. Hated every second felt like jumping off the ship

We loved the boat trip! The entertainment program was amusing! The views were beautiful! The food was simple but delicious and nourishing. The only 2 things I would like to improve are more international songs for the dance party and cheaper drinks! 😃

This was advertised as swimming going to dolphin island seeing nature. The trip was for kids only. It was nothing to do with dolphins or swimming. It was a pirate boat with kids games and disco. That is fine if this is what you want. But the advertisement was completely different.

Absolute false advertisement. We was supposed to go yesterday and waited outside the hotel for 45 minutes and then was told we would go today instead.
We were collected at 8:35am today, then taken to a boat (in manavgat, not kumkoy as adverised) which we sat on in a junk yard type area of a river for an hour and a half before it finally set sail. We were at sea for less than an hour.
We booked this believing we would sail past the ruins and temple of apollo, have 3 opportunities to swim in the sea, potentially see dolphins, sail around an island advertised as "dolphin island" and have a foam party.
We didn't see the temple or ruins, there were no swimming opportunities at all, we did not see any dolphins, we didn't sail anywhere near an island and there was no foam party.
Instead we had a short time at sea (less than an hour), stopped at a litter filled beach for an hour on the main land and then was told we could either go to a bazaar or pay extra to see a waterfall.
I have requested a refund. Hektor Tourism haven't replied directly to me so I contacted Viator who have said they will request a refund but no guarantee. Total rip off.

Complete waste of money a disguised scam described as a boat trip it goes on all day and they are constantly selling you things, they have a photographer that goes in a mood when you dont want to buy his pictures the staff on the boat including the captain are rude they offer you a jet ski for additional money and dont even complete the time offered and then have a go at you if you try and complete the 15 minutes offered! The boat went on for over 6 hours in which over half the passengers fell asleep as everyone was shattered and couldn’t wait to get back home. Noone on this boat ride looked like they was enjoying themselves at all. Just in constant water no mention of any dolphins at all. STAY AWAY AND DONT BOOK THEY ARE ON A SCAM!!

Pick up with the buss was terrible! Old bus and people was sitting on the ground because there were to many people in the bus , but the boat trip was very fun , very nice people and very good vibe , simpel but good food on the boat and we saw dolphins and Sea turtles, and for the kids there was a foam party so we had a very good day Thank you baba boat for the great day

Wir und einige andere wurden auf den völlig Falschen Trip gebucht. Statt der Delphin Fahrt wurden wir auf die Kids Piratentour gebucht. Auf dem Rückweg lag dann auch noch eine Leiche mit am Strand.

Wir hatten das große Glück, auf der Schifffahrt eine Meeresschildkröte und eine große Gruppe von Delfine zu sehen :D
Das waren echt tolle Momente aber natürlich vom Glück abhängig ;) That's nature!
Es gab 4-mal die Möglichkeit ins Meer zu gehen (3x vom Schiff und 1x vom Strand aus). Für die Kids und die unsicheren Schwimmer gab es Schwimmwesten und für alle genaue Infos, was man wann machen darf und was nicht.
Das Essen war voll in Ordnung, nämlich das am Schiff zubereitete Hühnerfleisch oder die Forelle samt Beilagen, es gab auch Fladenbrot zum kaufen, was am Schiff frisch gemacht wurde. Zum kaufen, gab es neben den Getränken auch Knabbereien und Eis und später auch Wassermelone.
Die Schaumparty ist selbstverständlich Geschmackssache aber wir fanden sie speziell für die Kids super und hier und die ganze Fahrt über, war das Team super! Sie waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit bereit zu helfen und haben sich um die Gäste stehts bemüht!
