Lovely day! Great entertainment and pictures were great! A tad expensive but we brought the tickets very cheap! Totally recommend!!!

This trip is not as described in the overview.
I didn’t rant to give such a bad mark but due to the misrepresentation of information felt no other choice.
This was sold as all drinks included and I have proof of such but when you get there they say it’s not and that is just for marketing purposes. They also make you leave your drinks before you get on boat and say you have to buy theirs. I showed my proof of the free drinks and they tried to belittle me and make a loud fuss in front of everyone on boat.
Their communication is bad and I tried to contact them the fay before to get pick up time and they messaged me an hour before and cut the approximate time by 50 minutes so was a frantic get ready.
The whole trip they are trying to sell you something and don’t leave you alone and even charge double the price for the waterfall entrance to what was advertised in write up.
On the good side, it is a nice trip and a very long day, was 10 hours in total from pick up to drop off. They do try and get everyone to have fun and some of staff can be friendly at times but then they can switch off just as quickly.
Felt the timing of each part was about right and food was adequate, just a little bit of chicken and rice and salad.
On the whole felt was value for money but Viator charge more than all local operators. I thought that was because drinks were included as

The trip is advertised as all-inclusive which is a lie.
15hours before pick-up they tell you the drinks are not included. We cancelled because of this and were told we would get a full refund for the people that cancelled and the other people would get 33% discount. In the end they told us that those who cancelled will only get a 33% discount because it was past the 24hours mark. Mind you that they deliberately contacted us about the false advertising less than 24hours before the trip. They gave an excuse that they did not update the page during covid times. But it is still advertised as such till this day. The 33% refund was not refunded 2 weeks after the trip and was only done when i contacted them several days. BE WARNED!!

Your hotel was located in Alanya. But this tour is from Side. We explained to you many times. For goodwill we arranged the tour from Alanya and refunded the difference for the drinks (%33)
Half of your group didn't join the tour at last minute. Regarding our cancelation policy we do not refund after 24 Hours.

Boottocht was eentonig, er was weinig te zien. Bij de lunch was geen drinken inbegrepen. Om de waterval te bezoeken moest 4 euro extra worden betaald ipv 2 euro p.p. Het totaal plaatje veel tegen.

Die Tour war nicht wie angekündigt. Sollte eine Bootsfahrt über den Fluss werden, stattdessen fuhren wir ins offene Mittelmeer und dann nach Side. 45 Minuten Pause an Land und dann an Bord zum Essen. Anschließend sollte wieder aufs Meer zum schwimmen gefahren werden und dann zurück zum Wasserfall nach Manavgat zum Wasserfall. Keine Rede vom Basar in Manavgat. Die Tour die uns verkauft wurde war diesen Herrschaften gänzlich unbekannt. Wir und andere Gäste haben die Tour in Side abgebrochen. Wir möchten unser Geld zurück. Das ist ein Fall für Peter Gießen von Achtung Abzocke.

687147506 ist meine Buchungsnummer.Die Bootstour fand nicht wie beschrieben statt. Die fahrt begann nicht am Hafen in Side sondern in Manavgat. Auch der Besuch des Wasserfall fand nicht statt und Getränke inklusive gab es auch nicht sondern mussten extra bezahlt werden. Begründung des Veranstalters tourmania # das gibt es nur im sommer# warum konnte ich dann diesen Ausflug so buchen. Diesen Ausflug in der Art hätte ich bei jedem öffentlichen Veranstalter günstiger buchen können !!!
