Great afternoon The kids had a blast and so did the adults. The guide Ahmed was brilliant and very, very kind. My daughter, who is barely two years old, was able to go on the banana boat (it was a ride); they were super accommodating. If you have children and they like thrills, go for it. Great activity with wonderful people Even the photographer took extra family photos on the beach

You are a liar and you know you are a liar. The driver arrived to you on time and he didn't find you at the lobby. We waited for you around 10 minutes until you met the driver and started moving from the hotel (we wish if we went and left you) . Because of you we were delayed 10 minutes to pick the British family up from the other hotel (BTW they left a 5 stars review). And what time are you talking about between the activities? We mentioned at the tour details you will be back to your hotel maximum by 14:00 and that what happened and this is what most of people require to be able to get their lunch at their hotels. Finally this is the maximum duration (3hrs30mins) of this tour either it was done in the morning or even in the afternoon. We picked you up around 10:30 and you were back to your hotel at 14:00. After the tour this moody guy asked our guide to stay some time on the beach to swim but our guide said this is not a part of the tour and we should go. We guess that was the main reason why this guy is unsatisfied.
