We were having a late flight and after a week of vacation we needed a relaxation and reset. And this was the perfect place👌🏽From the massage, to the hammam scrub, to the sauna , to the steam room and lastly the jacuzzi. And the service was excellent!

We were picked up at our hotel at 9am and taken to the Lotus Spa located opposite the Movenpick Hotel. Massage with Hiba and Shamila was fantastic, my husband said it was the best massage he has ever had. Followed by a steam room and sauna and then Turkish Hammam with body scrub and foam. From start to finish absolutely lovely and staff are amazing. Would throughly recommend this to anyone and equivalent treatments in UK you would easily pay quadruple the price.

Fantastic. Punctual with great drivers, comfortable car. Great massage experience with different techniques. They cared to ask about how deep we desired it.. Facial cleansing and hydratation. Finishing with spa circuit with hamman scrubs and foam, sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi.. they've followed the timing perfectly. Totally worth it.

Had an amazing Hammam experience with the wonderful Yo-Yo I wasn’t sure what to expect, but there was Ssuna, jacuzzi, steam room, body scrub and bubble wash, followed by a thorough massage from toe to head.

Excellent value for money. This was truly one of the best if not the best massage I’ve ever had. I have paid £80 for similar in other places that were not as good. This prepared my skin and my kind for the holiday ahead. Fantastic!

We were picked up from our hotel by a very comfortable taxi and a kind driver. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and shown to the facilities. The jacuzzi was lukewarm, as it had only just been switched on. We then entered the steam room, which was also not yet in operation when we arrived. It took a couple of minutes before the steam started to fill the room. After that, we used the sauna. We returned to the steam room for the scrub and soap massage. This part of the experience felt a bit rushed, and the scrub itself was somewhat harsh, bordering on uncomfortable. Having previously experienced a traditional Turkish bath in Turkey, we found this quite different and perhaps lacking some of the finesse we had come to expect. That said, the final massage was enjoyable, and the staff were skilled and attentive.

Where to start the review of experience.. private transfer which was not private (had another pickup from another resort after us), experience which was supposed to be 2 hours ended in one hour. The message was around 40 minutes, 12 min hammam and steam room, 5 min jacuzzi and 3 min Sauna. After an hour we were shown the changing room, we asked if we can quickly do a 2-3 min rinse as we were sweating after Sauna and we were told your one hour is up. We complained that we booked 2 hours and my wife’s masseuse said 2 hours is up, get changed and come out. I came out and asked my masseuse how much time we spent (even when I knew the answer) and she confirmed 1 hour. We wrote that in feedback form too but no one cares. My wife masseuse kept tickling my wife during most of the massage session even when asked not to and the massage left her in so much pain that she is still unable to use stairs next day.. On the way back to resort, we heard other guest (in same “private” transfer as us) were spanked throughout their massage. I wish I didn’t book this experience!
