We were kept waiting on the transport for people , no communication to let us know why. The cruise was not in English language at all and we couldn’t understand what was going on. Felt outcast and alienated . Food was nice but rushed .

Your trip is booked as a complete group trip, so even transfers from hotel and return are with a group, and it can happen that some people are late, and usually we wait for them, which would have been the same if it was you who are late.
On board on the boat; our team speak mainly English, and some of them speak other languages, so it is strange to mention that no one speaks English
