This is slow,boring and unsafe. Nothing like the UBUD ATV’s 1. There was no insurance shown 2. ⁠ sunset was not included 3. ⁠we did not receive safety boots 4. ⁠my wife’s ATV brakes did not work 5. ⁠we only had 10/15 mins on the black beach in the whole 2 hours 6 Exhaust on ATV very hot on leg (Dangerous) Also become very aggressive when you complain asking you to attend their site to "interrogate you" No thanks.

I never give reviews, but I feel this is necessary. We are a very experienced and relaxed travelling family, over 20 work wide destinations lots of adventure trips and relaxed high and lower end resort style holidays travelled so pretty open to all standards, cultures and countries and have to say the day was not memorable or worth a recommendation at all -Firstly the trip /day had to be rescheduled as the allocated time we booked and paid for online wasn't actually available as stated, we had to change it to the next day - meaning we had to reschedule another trip we had scheduled - we specifically requested a 7 person car + driver making 8 for a large family group - a car arrived which was at best a maximum 6 person car, driver told us he had been told that 6 person car would be fine - not happy as we then had to squeeze in like sardines for a 2 hour 1/5 minute drive to a remote location - driver want sure which way to go and had to use our front seat driver to navigate via maps to get us to destination. Arrived very sore and in need of a stretch. Ozi ATV were welcoming, but the quad bikes looked like they were in need of some love and attention ( brakes didn't work well no matter how hard you squeezed, accelerator jammed to full and steering was not great on some bikes as a result an accident occurred because of), we were not supplied the shoes and protective covers required and told would be supplied for the ride - the heat coming off the exhausts was burning all of us really intensely throughout the ride, we wanted a tandem, seating supplied was a plastic unsecured foam pad on the back of ATV rack, second person had to hang on slipping and sliding the entire ride very unsafe, the ride to the beach was very hot and slow, got to the beach - as advertised its a black sand beach - what wasn't advertised was the horrible rubbish, debris, wood, and two bloated dead dogs we had to drive around again and again, the beach distance was approximate 600 metres - which we drove up and down and around and around for the entire trip - absolutely nothing spectacular at all, we stopped for a water break, where the tour operators just stopped us gave us a tiny bottle of water and then proceeded to smoke and leave us standing around for 20 minutes in hot sun, no communication at all, then back again up and down the beach circling until we headed back - one of the family members hit a rock and landed in a gutter and got scratched up pretty bad on a tree, they took their sweet time attending to him, blood washed away with a bottle of water no bandaids or betadine offered on trip or at base, we got back after a very slow procession to the base, a dish of flavourless luke warm rice and a cold fried egg was supplied for lunch - 250,000 for average photos and we headed back for the 3 hour long trip like sardines home. Would absolutely NOT recommend

What an unique experience, beautiful scenery. Doing late in the day was perfect for sunset ride on the beach, great for families too.
