Great tour

We really enjoyed our tour of the Silver and Love Waterfalls. Our guide, Ni, was really lovely and very knowledgeable. There was a fair amount of walking to do and a lot of up and down steps, but all in all, very manageable. There had not been much rain, so the waterfalls weren't overflowing, but it was still worth it. We then drove to the Lonely Tree for some amazing photo opportunities and then onto the Glass Bridge, which was pretty impressive. Tickets were not included in the cost of the tour and were 500,000 vnd per adult. The ticket counter did not take card, only cash. It was a weekday, late morning and the lineup to get onto the elevator was quite long and there was a bit of a wait. 1 1/2 hours later, on our return, there was no one in the line. On our particular day, it was also very windy and cool, so jackets were a must.

We had a lovely time on the Silver and Love Waterfall, Lonely Tree Private Tour by car. Booking through Viator was seamless, and they provided a clear option for including the bridge ticket, so we didn't need to purchase it separately. Our guide took us to the glass bridge first. The views from there were absolutely stunning and well worth the visit. Afterward, we visited the Lonely Tree and the beautiful Love Waterfall, both of which offered picturesque scenery and a serene atmosphere.On our way back, we decided to skip the Silver Waterfall due to a sudden turn in the weather, which became quite rainy. Despite this, the tour was enjoyable, and our guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. We highly recommend this tour for its excellent organization and the memorable experiences it offers.

We were really disappointed with this tour as it was advertised as Waterfall , Heaven Gate, Glass Bridge Private tour by car. However, upon travelling to the glass bridge we were asked to pay extra and informed that glass bridge and heaven gate were not included. Mind you this was only communicated to us near the end of our tour, even though we mentioned it from the very start leaving a lot of time for them to tell us. This ended up being a day that was just a really expensive cab fair as the water falls were 20,000 for entry each. Would not recommend!

This information was clearly stated both before booking and in the confirmation email sent to you. We have explained this to you multiple times, however, we understand your frustration. Please understand that this was not intended to mislead you, but rather a misunderstanding due to the title of the package. Let's break down the pricing for a better understanding: Love Waterfall tickets are priced at 70,000vnd each, Silver Waterfall at 20,000vnd each, Dragon Bridge at 500,000 each and Lonely Tree at 20,000vnd each. Transport from Jade Hill Resort to all the places on the trip, including stops and waiting time, costs around 1,000,000vnd for a round trip. Additionally, consider the cost for a knowledgeable guide to accompany you on this journey. We hope this breakdown helps clarify any confusion regarding the pricing and inclusions of your trip.
