And we drop you off at any places in Sapa such as Stone Chuch; Cat Cat village; Ta Van village; Love waterfalls or hotels/homestay where the vehicles have the access to. 4. For the rides starting from Sapa to Lao Cai, we pick you up at any places in Sapa where the vehicles have the access to, and we can drop you off at the train station or any hotels in the area.

Don’t Make the Same Mistake I Did

Imagine this: you arrive in a completely unfamiliar city at 6 AM, tired, carrying luggage… and the driver you booked in advance (and fully paid for!) simply does NOT show up at the agreed train station pickup point. I waited 40 minutes. No driver. No reply. Nothing. I called them multiple times, tried Zalo, sent messages… and not even Aviator’s support managed to get in touch with the agency. Total silence. Honestly? I do NOT recommend this company. They are absolutely unreliable. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind—look elsewhere.

Dear, We were surprised with your feedbacks because you called us very late night before asking for a cancellation and wanted to get back a full refund(7 hours before pickup). We explained that the cancellation is too late so it is impossible to get a full refund (not subject to the cancellation policty). And the next day the review written by you this way. Please delete it because it is not foar enough.

Driver was on loud speaker phone for 90% of the 1 hour trip, having a very loud conversation. I have had many taxi drivers with better manners. Not worth the money.

Dear customers, We hope that you should be honest on the feedback. You booked the ride from the Lao Cai train station to you homestay located in a remoted area. On arrival, you changed you decision and asked our driver to drive back to the Sapa central area which is 30 minute drive. Your unhappiness with the driver refusal seems unfair and wrong. You should respect the deal and should not post a negative review in a wrong way. Thank you!
