The guide was very informative, kind, and pleasant. We took the more natural path to walk between the rice paddies and the mountain; it is slippery and can be a bit challenging. The rice paddies were very beautiful, the hike was enjoyable, and the food was good. You will have to be patient with the vendors, as it is their way of earning money and they can be a bit intense, but they are not part of the tour; everything related to the tour was perfect, it is just something to keep in mind.
