Please note all picks from the 13.01.2025 for the hotels Vila Galé and Santa Cruz Village have an aditional cost 10.00€ per person. No pick ups in Machico, Ponta de Sol, Calheta. Pick ups for Caniço and Garajau hotels have no aditional cost. Should your hotel not be on the list please advise us so we can organize pick up or meeting point. No pick ups for this tour from the port guests coming from the ship/cruisline must meet the driver at the CR7 Museum.

- Please note all guests coming in cruiseliners/ships meeting point will be at CR7 MUSEUM. this meeting point is a 8 minute walk. There are many taxis at the port to bring you to the meeting pointat your own expense.

- Please bring jacket it might get cold in the mountains

To be honest, this trip would’ve been better if it didn’t rain so hard the previous night because the whole thing was about the views and we couldn’t see a thing because of thick mist everywhere also felt we were a bit herded into souvenir shops.
We were also told to wait by the Pharmacist for a pick up keep in mind we never been to this place before so we were just acting on what we was told the driver/Guide was very rude by saying we were not there when we was ! and on time.

Sometimes i waste time responding to certain reviews.
1. Bad review because of the weather? No views you had sun and nice views in the villages it only rained a little. The sledge ride went down without any problem.
2. Finish your review dont leave it half way. Rude driver? He went past the meeting point 2 and you having coffee while the others were waiting for you in the bus delaying the other pick ups. The office had to make an international call for you to meet the driver. Yes you found the meeting point but decided to have coffee and leave all the others waiting. Should the driver be happy with you? Neither are we after this lying review. Reviews like these should never be allowed.

We had a lively tour guide/driver with good sense of humor. He drove safely in those narrow winding streets in villages. This tour gave us a different experience that Madeira has to offer.

The hair raising drive around the hilly roads to our destination culminated in a fantastic sledge ride down the shiny roads. Never once did we feel in danger with the masters of their trade.

Die Kombination Nonnental-Monte Korbschlitten war ein super Ausflug.
Wir hatten den wohl Weltbesten Guide auf Madeira. Er hat alles perfekt organisiert und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
Spontan haben wir ihn und seinen Minibus für eine Verlängerung zum schmalen Kurs gebucht und die schöne Tour ging weiter…Skywalk und Fischerdorf.

Die Korbschlittenfahrt war ein tolles Erlebnis. Unsere Reiseleiterin hat es super organisiert, so dass wir bei noch trockenem Wetter abwärts "schlittern" konnten. Im Nonnental hat es geregnet, aber mit unserer Reiseleiterin hat es trotzdem viel Spaß gemacht, da sie uns viele Infos gab und sehr gut gelaunt war.

Die Reservierung war sehr gut und die Abholung an der Bushaltestelle hat gut geklappt. Dort bei der Schlittenfahrt waren wir sehr begeistert und danach sind wir noch in die Berge gefahren mit Likörverkostung. Alles hat uns gut gefallen, vielen Dank für alles.

O passeio é interessante com diversas vistas bem bonitas. A descida nos cestos é oi ponto alto do passeio, mas se você está sozinho, eles cobram mais caro e não avisam com antecedência. Vá preparado. O tour foi interessante, mas atrasou mais de meia hora e não houve nenhuma comunicação da operadora. Recomendo o tour, mas não a operadora Secrets of Madeira devido ao atraso e confusão nas informações prestadas.

O secret Madeira não teve culpa do atraso minha senhora foi avisada que havia um atraso, nem tão pouca da cobrança adicional, que a senhora nos acusa.
1. A senhora foi avisada do atraso quando ligou eu avisei que ia haver um atraso de pelo menos 25 minutos porque não estavamos a encontrar uma cliente num dos hoteis anteriores. Por isso o atraso.
2. Se ler com atenção a informação antes de fazer a reserva vai ver de que existe uma custo adicional para pessoas singulares. O preço de 35€ é para pessoas que vão descer juntas. Quando descem sozinhos tem um custo de 10€, sei que quando o guia foi cobrar os 10€ a senhora não queria pagar, porque não leu a informação, a senhora reservou sem ler toda a informação.
Temos a lamentar mas essa informação constava na descrição da atividade.
Portanto da nossa parte nada foi cobrado a mais.

En cuanto a tu caso, el Guía te llegó puntual y no estuviste en el punto de encuentro. El guía pasó 2 veces por el mismo lugar. Perdón por la llamada que llamamos 2 veces, iba a tener una llamada de voz. Tampoco llamó a la agencia porque no tenemos registro de su llamada ese día. Gracias Lucy

Capisco che la giornata sia stata complicata per l'attesa per scendere dai canestri. La società che abbiamo assunto ha avuto un problema con un'auto e ne ha inviato un'altra.
Ma quando le degustazioni di liquori non vengono pagate, sono incluse in questo tour.
