I really enjoyed the tour and the breakfast was delicious!! I am giving it 4 stars ONLY because I booked this tour with the intention on riding the Safari bus and seeing the magic bus but they scheduled me for a regular tour with no safari bus and no magic bus without telling me. I didn't realized we weren't getting on the safari bus until towards the end when I asked the guide. I thought it my mind that the bus was something we would get on eventually but the guide told me that was another tour. When I got home and reached out to the company they told me the bus had broke down that morning and that's why we didn't use the safari bus. I feel like that was unprofessional and I should have been told that the bus was not available instead of putting me on another tour without my knowledge. I will say that the guide was great...very friendly and he was also knowledgeable but I was def disappointed about the bus.

London, we are happy that you enjoyed the breakfast and the tour with us. As we explained, the magic bus is part of the VALLECITO tour and not the GEYSER DEL TATIO tour. It is very important to read the descriptions of the tours beforehand.
For this reason, it is not that we did not inform you of the itinerary change; it was a misunderstanding on your part. The geyser tour was indeed conducted by us as Turismo Grado 10. We did not place you on another tour, as you mentioned.

Great experience in a very good company :)
Although all of our group were Brazilians and we were the only English speakers, our guide did his best to translate all important info. The breakfast with amazing view is a perfect addition to the tour, especially after freezing cold at the geysers 🥶

From start to finish, an experience muy maravilloso! Communication about pickup was friendly and timely. Our guides, Diego & Luis, were absolutely wonderful. The safari bus was comfortable and made for a superior viewing experience. The geysers were breathtaking at sunrise, and it was worth the early wake up call, even for the grumpy teenager we had in tow. After leaving the geysers, we were transported to a gorgeous viewpoint to observe native animales while our guides prepared us a five star breakfast al fresco. From there, we traveled to Machuca village, stopping along the way to photograph vicuñas and flamingoes. The village stop was basically just a restroom break - I would have loved to stop in a village where some shopping was available (we skipped the “llama kebabs”). Our driver was masterful and I felt safe at every turn and twist of the steep mountain roads! We were dropped back at our hotel right on time. 100% would recommend this tour - we will book with Grade 10 again!

This tour to the Tatio Geysers was one of the top highlights not just of our trip to San Pedro de Atacama, but of our whole time in Chile! Our guide, Andreas, was extremely knowledgeable about the geysers and wildlife we saw on the tour and seemed generally enthusiastic about sharing them with us. The safari bus was a fun and comfortable way to see the sights, though be warned that the roads up to the geysers can get quite bumpy!
The breakfast on the tour was above and beyond, too -- I was expecting a simple packed breakfast, but instead we pulled off to the side of the road for our guide and driver to whip out a grill and prepare a whole feast at 14k feet elevation!

Wonderful trip but definitely requires warm boots and arctic clothing. The guide provided us with great commentary and lits of extras. Well worth the money.

This is the best way to see Tatio Geysers! This vehicle type has far more comfortable seats than a van, which is important for the 2-hour early morning drive to the geysers, when you can actually get some rest. You also get to stand on top of the vehicle to see flamingos after! Plus, the breakfast they offer is far superior to that offered by other tour agencies.

It was great travelling around in the safari truck, super comfortable and cool. Our guide was very informative and the trip two and from the geysers were very enjoyable. The fresh breakfast was delicious and we stopped by a mountain to enjoy it. The trip back was nice as we sauna some flamingos and other fauna in the area. It was a great morning

Andre and Luis were incredible. The sights themselves are amazing; taking the tour specifically with this group made the day
After the geysers we stopped and a long banquet table was set up as the tour operators cooked up a breakfast of dish after dish - ham, eggs, cheese, toast, tomatoes, onion, coffee, tea, juice, pancakes & dulce de leche
Grade 10 takes a lot of care in curating great experiences to go along with the natural wonders of the area. Highly recommend

The tour on the Safari Bus was simply AMAZING ! After visiting the geysers, we had a breakfast stop at a GREAT location. Our tour guide & driver made us a great breakfast ! They also made stops at amazing locations along the way to let us enjoy the view. What a memorable experience !

Tiago y Matías nos hicieron vivir una experiencia inolvidable! En la excursión no solo se visitan los géisers sino que también se hacen otras paradas para ver una laguna de flamencos y un parque de cactus de hasta 900 años de antigüedad. Sirvieron un desayuno exquisito además! La comunicación con la agencia fue excelente y los guías proporcionaron información valiosa de los lugares que visitamos. Sin duda vale la pena cada segundo!
