Ordered what I thought was a SUV but was really just a van. Also ordered drinks for the trip. No drinks were given or ice chest on board. But driver was friendly

Frankie and Francisco were excellent and trustworthy drivers. Communication was great and they arrived promptly each time. We needed transportation between the airport, hotel, and cruise terminal. We were picked up and dropped off on time. I would highly recommend them!

Our driver was early - messaged us appropriately with instructions on how to meet him, then drove us safely to our destination. The temperature in the vehicle was comfortable and he navigated very heavy traffic quite skillfully.

Great service! Our driver was early and friendly. The only negative was no A/C in the back of the van. We were at our hotel by the time the van started to cool. Having a fully functional a/c would’ve been a 5 star.

From the arrival pick up (sign), tracking our flights, til the end of our stay this company was AMAZING. For a group of 10 ladies it was very accommodating and we texted ahead of time for excursions, beach, dinner, Walmart and they were there in 10mins or less & they would come back & pick us up after we were done. One van was not up to par & smelled like gasoline but the driver was friendly & service was AMAZING

Great service! No glitches. Arrived at SKU and Mariana was right there waiting. She packed our bags (there were 6 of us) and off we went to our hotel. She provided is with information about the area, locations of beaches, shopping and historical sites. Wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Hello Wilhemena Sims, Your destination was Fortaleza St. in Old San Juan. This street is been closed for more than one year for repairs. Driver left you as close as possible (yes, streets in Old San Juan are narrow). Traffic in Old San Juan on weekends can be more than 40 minutes. Roads in construction, narrow streets and traffic are things we can't control. This feedback is not about the quality of our service, please address your complaint to the proper government agencies.
