I was nervous at first to get on the Monster zip line. But once you get on and go, you immediately lose all your fears.

Great experience. Would have liked to do the monster last, but the facility had us do that one first. Regardless, we had a blast, and the guides at the park were great. Jerry, the driver and head of our tour was amazing, extremely knowledgeable of the island and was a joy to talk to! Best guide for real!

Jerry was great. Excellent on time transport. Lots of anecdotes and little known facts. Sheyla and Christian were amazing guides for the bulk of the zip lines. The folks at the monster were understanding and kind if nerves were on display.

We had a great experience from hotel pick up to drop off. Jerry was wonderful guide and provided a wealth of information about this island. The park was great, we lucked out with great weather. The zip lines were fun and a great adrenaline rush!

It’s really only 7 lines u think ur buying 8 not only when ur done u have to wait till wat ever time the rest of the people that got the extra zip line rides are done none of that is spoken of at all wasted a full day waiting on others would have drove there

I feel that I was deceived as when I booked trip with your agents I CLEARLY SAID the main reason I was coming to PR was for the MONSTER RIDE to my surprise when I arrived at ToroVerde that ride WAS NOT INCLUDED on my package and I had to spend another $180 and that’s BS. Will never use you guys again. Fact.

We apologize for the inconvenience and do encourage all guests to always read the tour description upon booking. The tour chosen does specify the only ziplines included is the 8 zipline canopy not the Monster.

SOOOO AMAZING!!!! Free transportation and the staff were so sweet and friendly and funny and took our pictures showed us around. It was so fun and I felt very comfortable riding with the driver. The pick up process was so organized and they were very punctual. definitely recommend, 10/10, and so much fun!!

Had a great time zip-lining and the staff at each zip-line were helpful and great. The guide was well informed about the area. The only thing I would change is the meal that was provided with the tour. I would have personally preferred more local food which was available then the regular basic ham/turkey and cheese sandwiches that were given. Or at least a choice......
