The driver was courteous. We safely got to out destination. The only reason that I didn't give an excellent is because there is absolutely no leg room in the front row. It's difficult riding anywhere for five hours cramped up. Outside of that, the price was very reasonable.

Driver was great, safe and kind. However, 4 hours with no bathroom break is not OK. Wrecks on the road caused huge delays. You need to work in bathroom breaks and not so many San Jose picks ups it took us more than an hour to leave San Jose.

The shuttle service from San Jose to Puerto Viejo was straightforward and efficient. It got us safely and comfortably from point A to point B, with a couple of well-timed stops for bathroom breaks and food along the way. My only critique is that the service only drops passengers at local hotels in the Puerto Viejo area, so it wasn’t able to get us closer to our Airbnb. Overall, though, it was a comfortable and convenient ride.

Unfortunately, I missed my transport from San Jose to Puerto Viejo, but the company was not accommodating and did not make any adjustments for me to rebook at no additional cost. I communicated with the staff and they were ok, but not interested in going with this company again.
