I guess we got lucky and chose the best company to do the rafting on Pacuare river! We only booked at 8pm the day before and still everything went perfectly the next morning! We had a private tour with two guides which was awesome! The guides Michael and Eduardo were super cool and funny dudes which made the day even better! They prepared delicious burritos for lunch and were extremely professional with their skills on the river - impressive! The nature was stunning and we wished we had the time to do the 2 or 3 day trip! Absolutely would recommend booking with them since their company is smaller and more personal. Thank you Michael for the great company and Eduardo for taking great videos for us! See you next time!

What an experience! Eduardo and Pablo were incredible and we highly recommend Explornatura. Rafting the Pacuare was by far the best rafting ever.

Our guide Pablo, and our Safety guide Jorge we’re lots of fun, they kept it light and gave us the impression of professionalism throughout our rafting experience. Our group was small and the lunch they made for us on the trip was better than some dishes I had in the cities of Costa Rica. 10/10 i would reccomend this trip.

Amazing trip with great guides and great food. Was out first time rafting, but we were happy to get the class 3/4 rapids. The guides even took pictures of us with their phone when we didn't bring any waterproof camera equipment. This was the highlight of our vacation. The river and the surrounding nature is amazing.

Fabio was an expert guide, who knows every detail of the River. He helped us hit each rapid just right. And kept us laughing all the way. Fernando kept watch in the rescue kayak just in case something went wrong. We had a great experience, and really enjoyed the beauty of the River, and exotic birds and butterflies. And seeing the indigenous people and their architecture. Thanks for a boat load of fun had by all.

this is probably the best tour i’ve ever done in my entire life and off the 24 countries i’ve ever visited. tour guides are pretty awesome, Ivan was ours and i can tell you that that man is amazing. funny, patient, acknowledged. the river is simply beautiful, you won’t regret it.
