I was very hesitant booking this excursion at first due to other negative reviews but decided to just do it because we wanted an beach day…. It turned into the most fun day we’ve had all trip with amazing entertainment, lots of drinks, yummy food in an island, and great service. Yes the car ride to get to the beach is long and the boat ride is about 1 hour and 45 minutes but it’s sooooo worth it. You’re on the island from 11/11:30-4pm and it’s the best time ever. The boat ride was also extremely fun with a DJ and live entertainment from a retired dancer who is hilarious. We had the time of our lives!

Sunscreen sunscreen sunscreen. Put some on before you leave for the island. Put some on, on your way to the island. Put more on when you arrive. What an amazing experience. The island was stunning, the food was great. The accommodations and service were 5 stars. It was my second time going and I will always make it a priority when visiting Costa Rica

Changed the pick up point the night before after we selected our hotel So we went to new pick up for 5:30am Waited until 6:40am and no one showed up No communication at all Completely wasted our day

Not even a one star tour. If you want a bologna and cheese on a hot dog bun, an apple, a small package of cookies, and a juice box for breakfast this is your tour. Waiting at dock for 5 late people, which kept 2 boats from leaving for 30 to 45 minutes. Water down alcohol. Lounge chairs put together, you had to crawl up the end to get on. They didn’t have most of the stuff on their alcohol menu to make offered drinks. Watched them try to serve an alcoholic drink without putting alcohol in the drink. A boat ride that should take 45 minutes drawn out to 2 1/2 hours to drive up alcohol sales. Blaring music trying for a party boat vibe, not an island tour. To top it off rude employees.

I utilized their transportation and they were very organized and on time/early. They made sure you made all of your rides. Everyone was very nice and made sure your trip was enjoyable. On the catamaran, it was filled with entertainment and included a bar you could order drinks at. Even though there was a lot of people the boat was very big and was spacious enough. On the island, we snorkeled and did the Banana boat which was very fun.

Perfect day at the beach. Great hostess in Mariella who consistently looked after me, knowing I was the only English speaking guest. I am planning to book again once I know which day she works next weekend. The Banana boat ride with a flip was fantastic!
