Don’t pay photographer if pics are not airdropped right away

The trip itself was really nice.. just don’t like the fact that on the boat tour which was on Saturday 7/9 the photographer took photos we paid her for them she stated we would receive them later on that night by email! Today is Monday and still nothing I’ve even emailed the company twice from the receipt that was given no response yet. I feel like money was taken I really wanted to get bk home and show the kids and other family to nice pics and memories

Hola, First of all, we'd like to thank you for your comments. It is important for us to know how was your experience with our activities. The Snorkeling portion of our tour is provided by one of our suppliers and they have their own picture vendor. To assist you on getting your pictures we will need: -The name on your reservation -Date you took the activity -Name of the person who sold you the picture package.
