    Terrible tour operator. Avoid

    The experience never happened. No contact prior the day before like most operators do. We went to the meeting place specified on the booking section “meeting place” and it gave directions, and it was in a neighborhood. I messaged the tour operator and no one responded. I tried calling a couple times and no answer. Contacted Viator and they couldn’t reach the tour operator either. I took screen shots of everything and provided to Viator. Awaiting a decision on my refund which is odd as it should be automatic since the tour company was unreachable and never contacted me.
