Great experience but heavily overpriced

Though the thermal spa was great and Andrea was a wonderful driver I don’t understand why this excursion was so much overpriced. In your announcement it was only half of the price you actually charged me then. That’s the reason for only three stars.

Beautiful and relaxing

The Santa Rosa de Cabal hot springs are beyond beautiful. Pictures do not do it justice. Definitely a place you have to see while visiting the coffee region. Our tour-guide, Daniel, was so knowledgeable and incredibly patient. We had the best time!

Andrés was exceptional and kind. The entire trip was run by what my husband and I wanted to see/do. It was a great experience. Remember to pay to see the actually hot waterfall and the chorizo wasn't for me but always try something new!

My tour to the hot springs was excellent, and Andrés was a wonderful driver. We had a great conversation on the way about sports and politics in Colombia, and he was very safe and responsible and waited patiently for me while I enjoyed the springs. The springs themselves were beautiful; like no other springs I’ve experienced before. Walking through the grounds was like visiting a botanical garden, and a giant waterfall serves as an incredible scenic backdrop to the springs. It was interesting to experience a place that clearly is very popular with local Colombian families. (This is a slow-paced day that would be better with friends or family.) Thanks for a great tour!
