Scuba dive Rincón’s tropical coral reefs without the expense and time commitment of a full course when you book this Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) Discover Scuba Diving experience. Learning from a PADI instructor, you’ll master the basics of scuba diving theory and equipment use. After breathing underwater for the first time, explore nearby reef. Please note: you cannot fly until at least 12 hours after your dive.

We meet at the pavilions across from the baseball field. All travelers must arrive at the time of the tour or before. Customers that arrive more than 15min after scheduled tour time are subject to losing their space with no refund.

We had an incredible time doing the scuba diving experience. It was my fiance and I’s first time ever diving and the instructors made sure we were well informed and comfortable the entire time. Hayden & Roxanne are fantastic! We can’t wait to come back and do it again.

My excursion was cancelled due to weather. Despite attempts to reschedule we were unable to do so. They refused to give me a refund, and kept offering options for excursions I did not book. The manager I dealt with, Joey, was the worst part of my trip. He was rude, unhelpful, and kept blaming Trip Advisor and telling me to deal with them. They made it clear I shouldn’t have booked on this site and with them directly. They said it was out of their control to be able to issue a refund, even though they are a manager. He kept talking over me instead of validating my concerns and frustration to the point where if I don’t get a refund I would rather eat the $120 then have to deal with this business. 10/10 do not recommend even bothering.
And I guarantee there will be a response to this review that is defensive and lacks any accountability for their poor policies, communication, and customer service.

You chose to book a ticket that is "All Sales Final" non-refundable. We never canceled, as we tried to give you options for better days and after you said no, we agreed to take you on the original day and then you said no and asked for the following day and we agreed. Then the evening prior to your tour, you chose to cancel the tour and demand a refund that is not possible

Had such a great time with Hayden on our Discovery Scuba Dive!! He is extremely friendly and personable, while maintaining the professionalism needed for this kind of activity. My wife and I went and even though she wasn’t able to do the actual dive, she still aced the drills. It was a cloudy day and the visibility wasn’t looking too good, but I told Hayden “Send It!” and we did. It ended up clearing up the farther out we went and could see all kinds of fish and reefs. He constantly kept making sure I was okay while underwater so I felt extremely safe. We were at 35ft for about 40mins and I was itching for more. My one word of advice for anyone thinking about doing this is to KEEP BREATHING NORMALLY!!! You’ll be just fine. 10/10 experience! Would recommend to anyone interested in an intro to scuba diving.

We had the best time ever scuba diving! It was my first time but Hayden did a great job explaining everything and was extremely patient while we were getting acclimated to breathing underwater. This was one of the best experiences of my life. There is no doubt that I will call Hayden again when I am in Puerto Rico!! If you are new to scuba and have doubts, give Hayden a call. He is the best teacher and super laid back. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

My husband and I went scuba diving with Hayden. We had so much fun getting to see the coral reef and being guided through the area! Hayden did an incredible job teaching us how to navigate the gear and have a great experience. He was very kind and funny guide.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Hayden - our instructor. So much so, that we went back and booked another dive 2 days later with Hayden again. This was my wife's first time diving, and I had previous experience - but Hayden was a great teacher and guide. He was very patient and worked well with us to re-teach me the skills and give my wife the confident to complete her first dive. We had a great time and can't wait to do it again!

This was meant to be an experience, to give my family an educated decision to go forward with certification classes, or not.
We had such a great time that we have all decided to get certified, except one, which is totally fine.
He was able to experience scuba in a safe environment and make an educated decision.
I will say, if the future dive instructors are as professional and comprehensive as our instructor Hayden was, it will be a great future in scuba.

Shane was awesome! Very professional and made it such a great experience. We were both first time divers, but comfortable with swimming/snorkeling. He took us through the basics to make sure we paid attention to the video and we’re comfortable with the whole process. The dive was awesome as he led us through some pretty cool reefs with colorful coral and fish. He pointed out a lion fish and my husband saw a small stingray. He checked in with us using the hand signals often always making sure we were comfortable. Such an awesome experience! Thank you Shane!! (Wish we took a photo at least with our gear on…oh well, next time)

First time Scuba. Went smoothly and efficiently. Great patient instructor in Shane. Very unique experience to be underwater for an hour or so. All training is on land and then in ocean. Then straightforward swim out to reef which had plenty of coral, fish, and other life for us on our first scuba.

The scuba diving adventure was everything I could hope for. We seen all kinds of fish and the instructor was great. We were under for a little over a full hour And had an amazing time the entire time.

Awesome experience trying something very new! I knew I'd have trouble with this one personally but Robert was incredibly patient with us. We did exactly as much as I was comfortable with and he was very encouraging. Would absolutely recommend this company to everyone!

Awesome experience. Had an awesome guide Robert and we drove 3 hours to get there but well worth it for the experience. Can't wait to someday get certified! It's such an amazing experience to be in the ocean!

The instructor was late and wasn't prepared at all with the equipment. The other two people that needed fins where too hig so he had to travel back to the store to get a different size. You would think he would of anticipated bringing a size up and a size down just in case. He drove a personal vehicle with no indication that he was with the diving agency nor was he wearing anything too suggest that he was with the agency. It was raining and the waves where extremely rough and he didn't assist us at all. I was having issues getting carried away and getting rolled by the waves my boyfriend was having issues getting on his flippers due to the rough waves. Instead of instructing us or assisting us on what to do he took my gear off and grounded me. Then he had our keys in his vehicle so we had to wait till the other folks were done scuba diving which thankfully due to the weather (I think) wasn't too long . We was not even offered a refund even though we didn't even get the chance to scuba dive. I am severely unhappy after driving 2 1/2 hrs.

You took a camera in the water after being told it was not allowed and tried to take photos when the instructor was instructing you to put your fins on and start swimming. You where taken out of the water because you broke safety rules of bringing a camera which led to you falling because you where ignoring the instructor and focused on photos instead of listening to the instructor. We do not offer refunds to be who break safety rules and I danger themselves and others. And the other 2 people had an amazing time and used there full time to dive

Abruptly cancelled on me (16 hours notice) for no reason and suggested I try the next day. When I said that would not be possible they insinuated that my inflexible schedule was part of the problem.

Great experience! It was a bit scary at first, but our instructors helped us to overcome our fears and we were able to explore some cool reefs and see awesome fish! :)
