You will need to meet at the Black Eagle Beach in Rincón, Puerto Rico 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time. The best way to find your dive guide in the parking lot is to use Google Maps and type “black eagle beach”. You can always give our dive shop number a call if you have any questions!

Diving within 12 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving.

Luke was fantastic! It was my and my daughter’s first time scuba diving and he walked us through everything. All the safety instructions were as crystal clear as the gorgeous water! We had a great time diving and seeing the sealife. Absolutely recommend it, it was my daughter’s favorite excursion on our trip.

Bad Experience

I arrived at the place, it is not labeled, a person is in a parking lot and there he receives you. Upon arrival, he tells you that the activity cannot be done due to bad weather and it did not look like bad weather. Well, I ask for a refund and he doesn't even know how to explain how they are going to do it to me.

You did not have a bad experience because you did not go on the tour. We have had terrible storms for the past 2 weeks every single afternoon, which causes the water to be very dangerous. Your reservation was for 1 child and you reserved for an afternoon tour time. We will never put any one of our guest in a dangerous situation especially children. We do not control the weather and there is nothing we can do about unsafe water and weather conditions. I spoke with you personally and your full refund has already been processed. There was no confusion or concerns when we spoke whatsoever. If you have any concerns now please give our dive shop a call.

Luke was amazing! We had a fantastic time and felt very safe with him. He was very professional. He owns the company , and it's new (2019). So go support! Best prices in PR. We dove pretty far and saw a lot of coral reef, some fish, but no other sealife. The water was a bit murkier that day apparently. Make sure to message the company 7 days in advance. They had to reschedule for the next day, and luckily we were still in the area so were able to reschedule.

They rescheduled my tour to next day and after that cancelled my booking before 3 hours to start the tour with below message Sai by 10 o’clock the waters are supposed to pick up extremely. Especially if you are a beginner. I am thinking we are canceling all beginner tours today because of the incoming swell. I will process your full refund and I apologize for the water conditions

Hello Sai. We apologize that this was your experience. We have had extremely rough waters all this week and have had to cancel almost all of our beginner dive tours not just your experience. We do this because safety is our number one priority and we will never take any divers out in the water when the conditions are dangerous or unsafe. We hope if you are ever in Puerto Rico again you give us a call and we can discuss getting you on for a beautiful day of scuba diving.

Luke was so helpful and kind! He made sure we both felt comfortable and safe before we went out deeper, and reviewed all of the necessary guidelines to keep us safe out there! He also caught some AMAZING footage while we were down there! We are planning on coming back to do it again!!
