They cancelled our tour due to the weather. When we could not reschedule, they took ALL OF OUR MONEY!!! The representative said she would talk to a manager and call me back about a refund, but NEVER DID!! I’m so disappointed in their lack of professionalism. This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip...

We never cancelled your tour. You cancelled due to in your words “being to far away” less then 1hr before the tour. You held space any other customer could of booked a tour with us and then wanted a refund less then 1hr before the tour. We are very and offered you to reschedule and you did not want.

With the attention of two crew members for our group of two, we felt comfortable and the adventure was a great experience. The water crystal clear and the reef was beautiful. While we missed the turtles we were able to hang out with a sand shark as well as a myriad of other fish. I would highly recommend.
