Our tour guides were great at explaining everything start to finish as most of us this was their just time. Great tour for beginners and the kids loved seeing all the fish. Def recommend this tour for families or large groups.

Would not suggest. Wear a life vest if you go. Tour guide was not attentive. We did not have a pleasant experience.

Sorry you did not have a good time. Unfortunately not everyone is comfortable in the ocean, same as you. We offered life jackets and you declined them. And all of our guides are extremely attentive however it is up to you to swim on your own and you wanted the guide to pull you on a body board. He did his best but had to also be attentive to the rest of the group and not just you. For your future bookings we recommend booking a private experience to get the extra attention you want

Would never recommend this tour. We never went due to a swell and the operator called the day before to notify us and stated “I’m sure you didn’t notice because most people don’t but it’s no refund so we can reschedule’l I did find my booking and it clearly says I can get a refund as the tour is weather dependent. Despite that truth the operator is refusing to refund our money. I’ve used Viator many times without an issue so I’d highly recommend selecting one of the many other snorkeling tours offered!

Unfortunately you booked an all sales are final ticket that is only able to reschedule. As stated the conditions were safe and doable we gave you the opportunity for a better clear day. You agree to reschedule for the following day, then did not show up and demanded your money back.

If you can’t swim, you need to ask for a life vest. I assumed there would be one because all my past experiences there were always a life vest. Also the waiver location was different from the Viator meet location. Voicemail was not setup when I tried calling but I was able to get a text response when I got to the location indicated with the waiver. After texting that I would like someone to drop off a life vest, the person said he/she tried to contact someone but offered that I can join the 1pm group. Of course I have to check with the family if it conflicts other plans.

We are sorry you did not enjoy the experience, however it is stated at the time of booking that you are required to have basic swimming skills. We did offer a life jacket and it was declined prior to arrival by you. We then offered to move your tour to 1pm to be able to return to the shop to get a life jacket for you and you declined that as well. We also did our best to help you but you book a group tour and our guides need to provide our excellent attention and skills to all other guest as well. Our locations are all the same since 2017. We strongly recommend booking a private tour with swimming lessons prior to booking a group tour

This tour was absolutely amazing! We drove about an hour here from Aguadilla area for the 9 am tour and ended up having the whole tour to ourselves. Our guide was friendly and so knowledgeable and helped us see so many awesome things, including a sea turtle, a nurse shark, two tarpons, and lots of tropical fish. The water was a little cloudy, but we still got to see plenty. Spent the entire 2 hours in the water since we parked right at the marina. For $50 per person, this was absolutely fantastic!

Chandler is very friendly, we got to see some beautiful fish and sea turtles. He is very knowledgeable told us what ever fish we seen was. The reef is beautiful and it was definitely a great experience!

If you’re thinking about booking this experience….DO IT!! Absolutely breathing taking experience. So many fish, turtles, stingrays, and coral reef. We were able to swim at our own pace, learn about everything we saw. 10/10 experience for a very reasonable price!

Roxane was absolutely fantastic. My son was a little anxious and she worked well with him and we were able to have one the most amazing if not the most amazing snorkel experience ever. We seen about 30 dolphins, one black tip shark, 2 sea turtles .

Let me start this by saying that I am absolutely terrified of swimming in the ocean but I really love turtles so I sucked it up. My husband and I ended up being the only two people on our Wednesday AM tour with Hayden as our guide. Hayden made us feel safe and at home in the water and shared some informative and funny stories as we snorkeled around (which made me feel much more relaxed). We were so lucky to see not one but TWO turtles on our outing as well as many schools of "Dory" fish and a group of larger tarpons. This was a bucket-list level life achievement!
Would recommend if you get seasick easily, don't forget the waves will knock you around a lot so prepare well in that regard. We had to sit for a little bit before driving home. But that was hardly a deterrent and I'd do it again in a heartbeat! 10/10.

Hayden was amazing! He was patient and very knowledgeable. We originally chose a later time in the day, but the company reached out to suggest going earlier to ensure we had a nice experience due to potential afternoon storms and lower water visibility. The suggestion was well worth it and very much appreciated. We had such a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our snorkeling experience!

Please don’t be fool by this excursion ! Had book this excursion months before my trip .when we arrived In Puerto Rico they had called and text me multiple times trying to reschedule for another day another time and I had no Choice but to agree because it was non refundable ..only to find out it was a 2 1/2 hour drive there !!No Thanks !!!!..please don’t be fooled !!!they are rude and would not give u a refund back !!

We met our guide at the designated time. He forgot some things so had to leave and come back so we waited around 15 minutes. The guy was super friendly and nice. We took the tour with a family with kids so the guy basically had to teach the kids how to swim/use the gear and left us to do our own thing. Basically we paid $50 each for a mask and flippers and the guide had time to supervise/swim with us for around 30 minutes after the kids got settled. My friends and I assumed that we were being taken out on a boat so that was our fault for not reading correctly but you basically meet a guy who gives you gear, he tells you how to use gear and lets you roam free in the ocean.
Overall the team was very communicative and flexible when it came to weather complications. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone who already knows how to swim just because you can have the same experience by just buying/renting gear for yourself.

When people chose to do a group tour instead of a private tour we offer, sometimes people are not great swimmers and we need to focus a bit more on not good swimmers. We always give a guided tour (as we did with you) to the best areas to see the most, and we apologize that the guide can not focus solely on your group. Next time it may be best to book a private group tour to meet your needs.

Hayden was an awesome tour guide and we had a lot of fun snorkeling & seeing a lot of really cool fish. He even dove down to bring us up a starfish! Overall he was educational, professional and showed us a great time.

We had a great experience with our guide, Dave. There were two families in our group, 4 adults and 5 kids. Dave used a raft to keep visible and also to allow anyone to take a quick break if they were tiring. Flotation vests were optional but available. We gotten for flippers, washed our masks and explored the reef for over an hour (wish it would have been longer but some of the kids in our group were tired). We saw many, many fish, a turtle and a shark. Awesome trip!

We had such a great experience with Chandler! It was the first time snorkeling for most of our family which includes 2 elementary school age kids. Chandler was great about scaling the experience so that we all had fun and got to see awesome sea life. One of our kids ended up being uncomfortable with the snorkel mask and Chandler didn’t miss a beat in accommodating. We had all of the equipment we needed and felt very safe the entire time. Would absolutely recommend!

We had to reschedule due to airline flight cancellation and between old booking and new booking they did not let us do tour as we did not tell size of snorkeling gear but we had our own and still would not allow us to participate. Very rude and unprofessional contact person. Had to block contact as she was non stop when I was over it. We drove 3 hrs in rental car to destination.

This was an outstanding experience and a memorable highlight of our time in Puerto Rico. Communication with the company was excellent, I received a text the night before alerting me that conditions in the morning were expected to be not ideal and that things were looking to clear up by afternoon, and we were given the option to reschedule for the afternoon at no charge. We were met by Hayden, who was great with explaining the basics to the kids, for whom it was their first time. The reef was beautiful, and were fortunate to see a couple of sea turtles and other marine life at the reef. Hayden pointed out a number of things, and was a valuable resource. At the end, he even gave us recommendations for some places for dessert and more sights. Just a terrific experience!

We had a great time with Hayden on our snorkeling adventure! We booked last minute and weren't sure what to expect, especially because we figured we would likely be added to a group that had already booked, but it turned out to be just my husband and I with Hayden. Hayden was very chill - knowledgeable but not overbearing which was really nice because we could just spend our time floating and exploring the water. Highly recommend!

This is definitely not a guided tour. We weren't instructed how to use the equipment. This was our 1st time snorkeling and We had to figure it out ourselves. It was a horrible experience. And it's definitely not a 2 hour tour. We barely made a whole hour. Will not recommended.

All of our tours are professional and we do show the simple proper usage of basic snorkel equipment. It is and has always been 2hrs from time you meet to time we finish, or more for the total process, unless you chose you end it early as you did. This is a review is not true
