Went with my wife on a day dive. Unbeknown to me I had a heart issue that manifested on the dive. The dive crew were unbelievable. Within minutes I was on shore and in an ambulance. I'm writing this from my hospital bed and I'll hopefully be discharged tomorrow. Waterhouses truly are "lifesavers". Unfortunately have to give up diving in the future, but if I had one recommendation for a brilliant diving school that puts safety first it's this company. They're a super crew who know exactly what they're doing. 100%

I went with my brothers, it was very fun and informative. We did one 15 minute dive in the morning and had to pay extra to do a second 20 minute dive in the afternoon (optional). We could also pay to receive underwater photos from the dive. All in all it was a good experience and I don’t regret the purchase.

Hey, so I had this amazing experience with Mike and his crew. They're super knowledgeable and skilled. The trip is a full day on the boat at the bay, but it's not a full day of scuba diving. You only get one dive that lasts about 10-15 minutes, but you can buy more dives while you're on the boat. They also have free snorkeling equipment if you're into that.
This is perfect for beginners because it gives you the confidence to go diving or get certified in diving, which they also offer on the boat..

Make sure you realize it is a day trip for only 20 minutes diving, after a quick list of rules etc. With divers
Another 25 minutes cost an extra €35, and pictures €20 per group.
That said, I was very disappointed so they tried to help and then let us have the second diving as we thought it was part of it, and gave us the pictures at the end. After a lot of emotions.. it was really nice in the end
Also nice place to swim :) clear beautiful waters
Just make sure to put sunscreen so you don't come back with a burn like me, and a proper body rash lol

It was a really fun and exciting experience and much easier than we first thought. The crew and instructors were very nice and professional and helped us every step of the way. While in the water we saw some school of fish swim by and it was really amazing to see the beautiful underwater environment.

This was an amazing experience, the instructors were very friendly and extremely careful with everyone to have a great day.
While you are not diving, you are able to go swimming and snorkeling at your leisure in the kallithea springs waters, which are really clean and crystal clear.
When preparing for diving, the crew will help you get the right size for everything, and guide you through every single step. There's always someone watching your back so you never have to worry.
The dive is only 20 minutes, but for an extra 35 euros (half the original price of the dive) you can dive a second time a little deeper and longer. I really encourage everyone to go for the second dive as you can really enjoy it the second time around.
Also, if you think of becoming a certified diver, you can opt in for that, and you can come a second day to get an intermediate license or 2 more days for an open water license. The cost of the license is also discounted by the same amount paid for this dive (70 ish euros discount, or 100 ish if you also took the second dive)

This was an absolutely amazing experience. Every one of the crew were a great help especially for my wife who was very nervous. The dive was 20 mins long but didn't feel like that at all, they offered a 2nd deeper dive for 35 euro instead of 70 which is a bargain. In my opinion it was worth every penny. Offered a transfer to and from our hotel for 16 euro (8 each) a taxi would've cost us 26 in total.
If its not your turn to dive or opt out of doing the 2nd dive they offer you snorkeling equipment for a snorkel instead or help yourself to just go for a swim. Photos taken under and above water and it's 20 euro to have them sent to you.
To sum it up it's a great day out, thoroughly enjoyed it. Expensive but in my opinion worth every penny.

So found 'A full day of scuba diving' via 'Viator' a website for experiences.
The wording and description was misleading to myself as expected a full day of scuba diving.
The staff were lovely and you felt well looked after as had a lot of one on one supervision. Myself and my partner were picked up from our hotel and returned for €16 euros altogether which was great.
We were picked up at 7.15am.
On arriving to the boat as I said the staff were lovely. We set sail about an hour after arrival as a lot of others coming on board.
During the sail to the area we were to be scuba diving we were given a briefing by Michael explaining how to scuba dive and what sea life we could potentially see.
We were told that we would be having a 20 minute scuba dive. After that if we wanted to have another 20 minute scuba diving session we would need to pay €35 euros per person, they said we could put our names down incase we wanted the second dive but to let them know as soon as possible if we did not want this.
*Please note they did also give information for those who wanted to do more diving for further experience or fun and they also help with those who want a PADI certificate in which to enable you to dive anywhere in the world- this could be started on the day itself and they did offer discounts*. We couldn't do this due to not having the money to do so.
We were also told they would be taking photos of us while scuba diving and to purchase these after they would be €20 euros altogether but if you are alone as one person €15.
We were given a group number and our group started around 10.30am. Staff helped us into wetsuits and the scuba diving gear. Once in the water we had some time to practice getting use to going under the water with the mouth piece and then we went scuba diving.
The scuba dive was good but when going under into the water I felt the 20 minute time we had underwater scuba diving was spent us posing for photos rather than actually being able to look at what was around us in the sea. Fish were seen but I didn't feel there was any encouragement or the staff pointing sea life out for us to look at.
So that felt disappointing and that's what put myself and my partner off going for a second dive. The staff were lovely though and were close on hand for anything at all. There were plenty of staff in the water for any problems and that was amazing especially for confidence and support.
We were told there were drinks and food on the boat but didn't have these. They also showed us the scuba diving photos we could purchase but due to the cost we didn't purchase them.
After this it was a bit disappointing. We were then told we could have a second dive if we payed for this at €35 euros each or we could use the snorkel equipment on the boat that they provide. If you didn't want to do either then you waited on the boat till you could be returned to the shore.
Myself and my partner enjoy snorkeling so we chose to spend a good hour snorkeling around the boat and enjoyed ourselves a lot. We saw a lot of sea life just by snorkeling so would definitely recommend people to do this.
We then returned to the boat and waited to be transferred to our hotel about 3pm.
On the viator' website it says its a 9 hour day so probably from start to finish from our hotel to the boat and back took about 8 hours. Which was fine for us just again not as described on the website.
Overall it was a lovely day for us but felt if we didn't want to go snorkeling after scuba diving or didn't have the confidence to do so we would have had a 20 minute scuba dive and the rest of the time would have been spent sitting on a boat waiting around to go back to the shore a lot of which other reviews wrote about.
We spent £119 for two tickets (£59.50 each) for the whole experience via 'Viator'. We could see where this money went: running the boat, staff and diving equipment. Just felt disappointed by the 20 minutes of scuba diving when we were expecting more scuba diving from the websites description of the experience.
Also just to let others know when asking a Viator advisor for help for more information regarding this activity the person whom answered my questions then sent me a link to pay for the experience via my email and when I clicked on the payment link they had increased the price of this experience (by about £20 per ticket) to what was written on the website. so immediately ended the chat and booked through Viator website not through the Viator advisor.

Très bonne première expérience de la plongée, un bapteme dans un cadre de rêve et une équipe très pro. Le temps a bord du bateau est long mais vous pouvez nager en attendant votre tour. Petit plus au passage vous avez une vue des remparts de rodhes depuis la mer avec cette sortie.
Ps: il y a tout ce qui faut à bord pour manger et boire, prévoir du liquide pour payer.

Ich habe mit meiner Schwester diesen Anfänger-Tausch-Kurs gemacht. Ich habe ihn schon frühzeitig in Berlin gebucht, für 69 Euro pro Person. Die Reservierung und Bezahlung erfolgte problemlos über PayPal. Was sehr überraschend war, ist das uns dann über die Tauchschule ein Transfer angeboten wurde. Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht, für 8 Euro pro Person. Auf dem Boot mussten alle,ca. 70 Personen, einen Anamnese Bogen ausfüllen und dann würden wir in Gruppen eingeteilt und dann ging es los zur Plattform. Auf der Fahrt wurden dann alle wichtigen Informationen zum Tauchen auf Englisch erzählt, ich hatte eigentlich einen deutschen Guide bestellt, da wir beide etwas Englisch können war das kein Problem für uns. Die Größe der Gruppen waren immer etwa 6 Personen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf jeden individuell eingegangen. Die wichtigsten Regeln und Signale für unter Wasser wurden mehrfach wiederholt und kurz vorm Tauchgang sogar nochmals. Beim Tauchen fühlten wir uns sehr sicher, da mindestens 6 Personen auf uns schauten. Ich war sehr nervös und hatte es nicht gleich hin bekommen, somit war immer ein Tauchlehrer bei mir. Er hat es mir sehr geduldig und immer freundlich erklärt. Dank Martin konnte ich mich dann entspannen und den Tauchgang genießen. Den Stern Abzug gibt es leider, wegen den verseckten Kosten des zweiten Tauchgangs. Der kostete pro Person 35 Euro. Für alle die nur einen Tauchgang nutzten ist die Wartezeit natürlich sehr lang. Man kann aber jederzeit ins Wasser und schnorcheln. Im Anschluss kann man dann noch Fotos für 20 Euro kaufen. Im großen und ganzen war es eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und wir würde es mit den Waterhoppers wieder machen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team

Het was echt heel gaaf. Maar ik vind het nog wel erg spannend. Op het moment dat ze me naar beneden brachten raakte ik beetje ik paniek. (het is natuurlijk heel onnatuurlijk om onder water te ademen) ik gaf dit aan. Toen hebben ze me naar boven gehaald en mij gerust gesteld. Daarna ging het super goed. De 2de duik is ook echt aan te raden. Het is echt mooi en leuk.

Près de 80 personnes à bord du bateau pour plonger …. L’horreur! Bateau très inconfortable ( bancs en bois rudimentaires) et pas d’ombre pour une journée entière par 37 degrés sur un bateau entassés comme du bétail. Si vous aimez la plongée, ne faites pas cette excursion.
Sauf si vous voulez cramer et mettre 2 fois la tête sous l’eau pendant 10 min … et ne probablement pas voir grand chose.

Il est triste que vous ayez choisi de vous asseoir dans une position sur le bateau sans ombre. Tout le centre du bateau, qui est réservé à nos plongeurs débutants, est équipé d'un parasol. Nos clients ont la possibilité de trouver de l'ombre.
Le temps de plongée sous l'eau est de 20 minutes, après que chaque plongeur novice ait eu le temps de s'entraîner. Une fois que chaque invité a terminé sa plongée, il peut nager, plonger ou bronzer. C'est toujours à nos clients de décider s'ils choisissent de s'asseoir toute la journée au soleil ou non.
It is sad that you chose to sit in a position on the boat without shade. The entire centre of the boat, which is held for our novice divers has sunshade. Our guests have the option to find shade.
The dive time under the water is 20 minutes this is after every novice diver has time to practice. Once each guest has completed their dive they can swim, snorkel or sunbath. It is always up to our guests if they choose to sit the entire day in the sun or choose not to.

Ze lieten ons niet mee gaan omdat mijn vriendin toen ze 5 jaar oud was epeleptie heeft gehad en die al sinds ze 5 is geen aanval meer heeft gehad ze is nu 21 stond nergens vermeld dat dit een reden kon zijn dat we niet mee mochten ik heb voor transport betaald en nooit geld terug gekregen ala ze het duidelijker hadden vermeld hadden we nieteens heen gegaan erg jammer dit

Het spijt ons voor uw teleurstelling. Als je op tripadvisor onder aanvullende informatie had gelezen, staat duidelijk dat duiken verboden is bij ernstige medische aandoeningen. Je vriendin heeft een ernstige medische aandoening. We hebben een dokter aan boord van onze duikboot die controleert of onze mogelijke duikers veilig kunnen duiken. Ze viel niet in die categorie. We hebben je opgehaald bij je hotel en meteen teruggebracht.
We are sorry for your disappointment. If you had read on tripadvisor under additional information it states clearly that scuba diving is prohibited with serious medical conditions. Your girlfirend has a serious medical condition. We have a doctor on board our dive boat checking that our possible divers are safe to dive. She did not fall in that category. We collected you from your hotel and immediately took you back.

Zeker aan te bevelen! Ik en mijn vriendin zijn op onze vakantie deze excursie gaan doen en het is zekee niet tegen gevallen. Het was prachtig weer en de duik ervaring was ook top. Je vaart met de boot naar een baai 45 min verderop waarin je in groepen om ste beurt gaat duiken. Tussen door kun je zoveel snorkelen en zwemmen als je wilt. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en heel internationaal ingesteld, dit maakt de omgang heel prettig. Het is aan te raden om er op de boot nog een 2e duik bij te boeken, wij hebben er geen spijt van gehad!

De begeleiding was goed, en een erg leuke ervaring gehad! We gingen met de nood naar een vlonder in het water. Vanaf daar gingen we duiken. In de vrije tijd konden we vrij zwemmen en snorkelen. Er was ook genoeg en lekker eten op de boot.
