The tour guide was very informative and friendly, providing clear instructions throughout the day. Unfortunately the weather was not great and the sea was very choppy, so the trip to the monastery was cancelled. Hence the tour was basically a return trip to Symi from Rhodes.
Symi was very pretty and we were given 3 hours free time to explore with an optional 1-hour guided tour by the tour guide. We opted to skip the guided tour and wandered round the town on our own.
If we had gotten to see the monastery as well, then the tour would have been worth the money - unfortunately (due to no fault of the tour provider), we did end up paying a lot for what was essentially a return ferry to Symi.
We still had a lovely time and kudos to the tour guide for keeping us informed of the situation with the weather.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad you enjoyed the beauty of Symi and had the opportunity to explore the town at your own pace. We’re also pleased to hear that your tour guide provided clear information and support throughout the day. While the weather unfortunately affected the monastery visit, it’s wonderful that you still had a lovely time. We hope to welcome you on another Cretan Holidays excursion in the future!

Enjoy a full day in Symi - around one hour trip by Dodekanese Ferry and you'll arrive at Symi....great people, great wines, great food....Unforgettable.... A must see...as well as Panormitis St Michael Church....visit and try to taste a little bit of Divinity

although the island is beautiful and a must go to if you are in the area, the tour leaves a fair bit to be desired. There is a brief stop in the island centre where the tour guide gives a reasonable history of the island. However, it seems from then on we are guided to a sponge factory which offers no insight into the production of sponges, and in reality is a sponge shop, you are then guided to a reccomended place to lunch, where it obvious that there is an agreement with the tour guide. We chose not to eat there. The strip of restaurants along the harbour have the usual hard selling staff, where we were hassled at every restaurant front we passed. I thought that this type of hassle had fizzled out in Greece, but this is alive and kicking on Symi. We abandoned the rest of the tour and made our own amusement. The visit to the monastery on the return part of the trip was satisfactory. The journey over to Symi and back was a rough one, but this is no fault of the tour operator, obviously. Of those of us brave enough to be hungry, the boats catering department offered a full array of hot and cold snacks, with brightly coloured menus adorning the walls. These are in fact only for display purposes as none of the items are actually available. I think it would be cheaper to arrange your own trip and read up a bit of history of the island before you go.. Its a shame because every other Viator trip without exception has been sensational.
