Excellent tourguide and bus driver

Mixed feelings about this tour. The tour guide was excellent—very knowledgeable and engaging. I especially enjoyed her stories about everyday life in ancient Kamiros and would have loved to spend more time there. Unfortunately, the visit felt rushed, and we had very little time to explore. The traditional Greek lunch in Embona was the highlight of the trip. The food was delicious, and the wine tasting afterward was also very enjoyable. On the downside, most stops felt quite rushed, with little or no free time to look around. Some locations, such as Kritinia Castle, were not particularly impressive, and reaching them requires walking uphill, which may be challenging for less mobile visitors. By the end, the tour felt a bit too focused on places where extra spending was encouraged. Overall, great guide and excellent lunch, but I would have preferred more time at the main sights and a less rushed schedule.

The tour is very well orginised ,in each stop we stay a certain time because then we will be out of the times and we will finish very late ,all these are written in our site, in the stops we dont force the people to visit a particular shop or restaurant ,they are free to choose .Next time you could make it in private. It was unfortunate that the weather was a bit grim, but the tour went ahead anyway. There were some things that we couldn’t see due to this, but guide & driver handled the day very well. Great to see the sights we did & lunchtime taverna visit was amazing. Felt overall like we spent more time on the coach than off today, but feel this was probably due to the rain! Guide super informative & helpful, driver very safe:) Definitely recommend this tour if you don’t have the use of a car on the island.

Trip was good till lunch and wine tasting. After that it stopped in some places for 10 minutes and finished with Kallithea Springs. Last stop was too long and without opportunities to have coffee or drinks as it was promised by the tour guide. Ancient Kamiros and Kritinia Castle were great.

Nina was an absolutely amazing guide, her knowledge of Rhodes history and customs were outstanding and she took good care of the small group. All the places visited were excellent, it was lovely to visit Kalithea Springs. We went to the lovely bakery in Embonas for lunch rather than the recommended taverna, which gave us time to explore this lovely village and friendly locals. The ‘winery’ trip was very rushed, no tour and a few samples to try, felt like they wanted us in and out quickly. We passed a place with donkeys and would’ve been lovely stop here like some other small trips had. The mini bus was comfortable and had a fabulous day with Nina and our driver was excellent too. Definitely a ‘must do’ and was good value.

It was nice enough but if you are over 5ft the seats won't be comfortable and the air con didn't really work in the van. Kalithea springs is basically a beach bar so a bit of a disappointing end to the trip. However our tour guide was nice, but if you want to explore this might not be the tour for you as we didn't really get much time in each stop except to get a beverage and a break from the heat of the van.

This tour is a MUST! What a fab tour around the island of Rhodes! From the moment we got picked up from our hotel, to the time we got dropped back, we had an amazing day. Nena our tour guide was very good and gave us a brilliant history of Rhodes. George, our driver was very careful and professional in his driving. Stopping off and seeing the great sights around the island was lovely and breathtaking. This truly was the highlight of our trip and great value for money.

We were a family of 2 adults and a child , we had an amazing trip . Peter was our guide and Micheal drove us to all the lovely places . Peter is very knowledgeable and passionate about history and was very knowledgeable! The history behind Kamiros , Kritonia castle , Mt Profitis is amazing. We unfortunately just got 30 mins at Kallithea springs as it closes at 4pm wished we could spend more time there but besides that the overall experience was very enjoyable and I definitely recommend using Kariba Travels !
