Waste of money

Not worth the money spent. From our cruise port, we booked a 5-hour 9am START beach excursion and town stroll. We show up before 9am approximately 30 minutes early, just to be told very rudely we will leave at 9:30 and we’re early. We walk up to the cruise terminal (approximately 10 min walk) in the heat to sit due to the bus not being there. We walk back at 0930 to then sit in the bus for 30 more minutes waiting for the rest of the group to show up. At 1000 we leave. Then we get to the beach and only have one hour to spend there. Then hearded back on the bus to go to the market/ town. We get an hour and 20 minutes to rush through the town and then told to “be back on the bus or else we will leave you”. In total our tour was just shy of 4 hours and the entire experience was rushed. Save your money and book somewhere else that values you as a person and doesn’t treat you like a heard of cows.

To avoid wasting valuable time at the cruise terminal, we strongly recommend carefully reading and following the pickup instructions communicated through Viator and available on the website 24/7. These instructions clearly state that pickup is provided directly AT THE PIER 2. The Additional Information section clearly states that the pickup time may differ from the time shown on the tour ticket and can be adjusted according to arriving ships. The updated pickup information was communicated to the email address and phone number provided at the time of booking. 3. The tour duration and itinerary were delivered exactly as advertised. When booking future activities through Viator, we strongly recommend basing your expectations on the provided pickup information—especially the pickup location—as well as the tour description and itinerary, rather than on personal assumptions.
