Rhodes’ most scenic coves and sea caves are difficult to reach from land—but this guided kayaking tour makes them easy to explore. Launch from Kathara Beach and paddle along the island’s rugged east coast, passing emerald-water bays, rocky formations, and hidden caves. Cross the beautiful Anthony Quinn Bay, with time to swim and snorkel along the way, then pause for a beach picnic before continuing your coastal adventure.

I wanted to do something totally different during my time in Rhodes, and this excursion exceeded all expectations! I have some prior kayaking experience, so I knew I'd enjoy it — but this trip truly stood out.
I ended up being the only person booked on the day, which meant I got a private 2-to-1 guided tour with the amazing Julie and Tsampikos. They were not only incredibly knowledgeable about the area, but also warm, fun, and professional — they really made the entire experience exceptional.
The weather was perfect: bright, clear skies and calm waters that made for stunning views of the coastline. And the best part? They took loads of fantastic photos throughout the trip, so I could fully immerse myself in the experience without worrying about missing the moments. I now have an amazing collection of memories to look back on.
If you're considering seeing a different side of Rhodes, I can't recommend this excursion highly enough!

As a female solo traveller, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I was picked up by a kind and friendly female guide, I felt completely at ease. The group was small, which made the whole adventure feel personal and relaxed.
Our kayaking journey was not only beautiful but also enriched with fascinating insights into both ancient and modern Greek history, shared by our knowledgeable guides. It was the perfect mix of activity, culture, and connection.
Midway through the day, we enjoyed a delicious, freshly prepared lunch by the tour provider—such a thoughtful touch. Afterwards, we had some free time to swim, snorkel, and just take in the stunning surroundings.
I truly appreciated the care and professionalism of the team. I would absolutely recommend this experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

They were absolutely great hosts. Pick up from the hotel in Ialysos was easy and comfortable, both of our guides were full of information and just generally friendly. We were quieter group, but that didn’t stop them! The swimming/lunch stop was a great place with lots of fish and nice cool caves. Two things to note; we both loved the traditional greek lunch but a couple of our group were on the pickier side, so if you’re fuzzy with food maybe consider bringing something yourself! ‘Driving’ the Kayak did take a bit of getting used to, but they took the time to teach you. I’d definitely recommend this for a unique experience, neither of us could fault it.

We usually cater to food intolerances and allergies as long as we know in advance and we have things on hand for last minute information if possible. Obviously if someone is a picky eater that is harder to cater to but normally people love the picnic as you did.

This was a great tour that offers kayaking and some time at the beach for swimming, snorkeling, and a picnic. The lunch is an authentic Greek meal. The guides are experts in kayaking and offer lots of information about the history of the island. The three bays you visit are beautiful. This is a five hour tour with lots of kayaking, so not recommended for anyone under 14. Bring water, towels, and sunscreen. They provide drypacks for your belongings. Ask for Panos as one of your guides.

Really enjoyed both the knowledge given by the tour guides and the help they provided us throughout the tour. If you don't know anything about kayaking this was a great tour to start with. Also the administration management of the tour was excellent, that was in fact one of the reasons I kept the tour. I only had one comment. 1, if there was a way for the company to invest in water proof portable speakers (should they exist) I think that would make the tour better. Sometimes it was hard to hear.

Quite fun if you have ever done before or in decent shape. About 3 hours on the actual water in two person kayaks which are stable in good conditions. Trip includes a cave visit time to swim and a decent lunch

This sea kayaking tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Rhodes. The guides were not only really friendly but also took the time to get to know each of us, making the experience feel personal and welcoming. They went to great lengths to capture great photos - i.e diving underwater with a gopro camera.
The scenic route was beautiful and at each stop, the guides shared stories—combining humor with a mix of cultural and more scientific history (earthquake shaping the landscape).

This kayak trip was a highlight of my trip to Rhodes. The location of the tour I initially booked was changed due to safety concerns of windy weather in the area. I was informed and given several options, and was very happy with the trip I chose for the same day from a different location. The team was friendly, fun, and professional. I felt completely comfortable as an older solo traveler (with previous solo kayak experience on lakes) paired in a double kayak with one of the guides. I highly recommend this tour!

Loved this trip so much. Our guides Tsambika (not sure how to spell his name), Anastasia and Jake were awesome. So amazing to see Rhodes on water and in an active way. We got to go into a cave, and got to snorkel too. The lunch was a delicious Mediterranean spread.

This was the most fun we have had in a long time, and we travel a lot! It was my first time kayaking and the team were top notch in making me feel comfortable. What an AMAZING experience kayaking around Antony Quinns Bay exploring the coastline paddling into sea caves and even having a picnic in a cave we were a small group and had three super guides/instructors who were an amazing bunch of guys I would throughly recommend this experince if you are ever in Rhodes

A fabulous sea kayaking experience. Super kayak crew gave clear guidance and instructions. Very well planned trip creating interest and challenges. Their safety policy was top notch! We had a wonderful time with a nice lunch too!

The team was awesome and the experience was great! I had an amazing time. The communication was prompt and informative (make sure you are checking your booking references and your email for any updates). The entire experience comes with lunch which is a traditional Greek picnic and someone from the team is taking pictures throughout so you don't have to worry about taking you electronics.
Be sure to take water shoes, water, sunscreen, hats, and swimming attire/towels. Otherwise just bring your self and you'll have an amazing time. It was well worth the cost, I wish I could do it again.

Swimming in the sea with the snorkels was spectacular and there is an abundance of interesting fish in the bay we were in. The guides were fun and informative with clear and helpful instructions so we were able to do the technical moves well enough to get into the right positions and so on.
