Lindos is absolutely beautiful and you must visit while in Rhodes. Walk up to the Acropolis and enjoy the bay. The 2 swim stops are also very good.

Bring goggles for the water, and sunscreen! Cool all day tour, stops for swimming on the way to lindos and on the way back! Food is great at Lindos Yacht club.

Plenty of space and although there is a captive audience the selection of food and drinks available is good at sensible prices.

I was attracted to this cruise as a good way to see the Lindos Acropolis and also do some snorkeling, as advertised.
Long story short: not worth it!
you dip in the water twice in spots that are not snorkel worthy. We stopped to swim first thing, which we weren’t supposed to do, so most of us were walking around Lindos wet. it’s hot and difficult to walk to the acropolis, where the line for tickets is long and where there is little shade in the hot hot sun. You can purchase tickets ahead of time online and skip the line, but it’s timed entry, and if the captain decides you go swimming first, you will lose your timed ticket.
No snorkeling gear was provided, though you could buy it if it was in stock on board. And there was almost nothing to see. So I spent 13 euros on gear I didn’t need.
I also felt the acropolis wasn’t worth it at all.
And there was music on the boat the whole time, which was annoying.
I really wish I had skipped this, and I honestly wish I had skipped Rhodes altogether. I’d rather be in about 50 other places than this tourist mill.

We booked our trip online and had confirmation and a text message from our driver that picked us up from our hotel at 07.45, an early start. George our driver was very polite and the 6 seater minibus was very clean and air conditioned. Although we had booked we had to join a Q at the port to let our boat tickets then join another Q so make sure that you arrive early. The trip took 2.5 hours, stopping in a bay for swimming off the boat before arriving in Lindos. So bring swimming kit. Arriving in Lindos it was a hot walk to the Acropolis winding through cobblestone streets packed with tiny shops and cafes. There are great views and At the top there is another Q to enter the Acropolis. We decided to walk down and get cold drinks in a nice bar with a view of the harbour called Rainbird. Returning to our boat it departed 14.30 with another stop in a small bay for swimming. Great day out and we were met by George and taken back to our hotel.

Fantastic trip to Lindos, relaxing journey there and back with two lovely swim stops. Plenty of time to explore the town and the acropolis. Staff on the boat were great. Would highly recommend this trip.

The boat trip was cancelled due to poor weather. We chose the alternative of a bus trip instead which was great. However it was considerably cheaper and when I asked Viator was told there would be no refund. They contacted the company at my insistence still no refund. Disappointed a company such as Viator has no process gif this. Poor process.

Great boat ride to a harbor. But to get to Lindos you have to climb a steep hill. Too much for us. Instead we stayed in the bay and relaxed at the beach club. On the way back we had 20 minutes to swim off the boat at both bays. Food and drinkson boeard with plenty of seats.

The ruins and the beach in Lindos were perfect. It was an amazing experience, see through water, sunshine, different energy in the air.
The Cruise itself was mesmerising with swim sessions at Tsambika bay.
The organisation was smooth with transfer from and to the resort. Great value for money.

Fantastic day out to explore lindos and rhodes! It was very well organised, communication was efficient and the bus pick up was on time. We loved the little stops at the bays the most, it was a good way to cool down!

Had a great time in Lindos. The crew on the Discovery boat were lovely. My sister wasn't feeling well and they went out of their way to find a place she was comfortable. Transportation to and from our hotel was organised very well by Half Price Tour's.

Boat trip to Lindos, went you get to Lindos, you get off the boat and have a few hours spare, there is a castle/ruins at the top of the hill that you can go to (fees payable), then on the beach there are plenty of shops and restaurants! They know how to charge for sun beds though, so we opted for towels on the sand!
The swim bays are crystal clear, a perfect refresh after spending a few hours at the beach! Gorgeous scenery.
Can not fault the tour operator! Half price tours were incredible, kept us updated, transfers were on time, and they checked in after to make sure everything was okay. Really good tour operator!

I do think this trip is good, however when buying it said 9am start and didn’t warn us about the pick up time being way earlier (7.30). The day is long as you then get back to ur hotel around half 5/6, you spend the majority of the time on the boat takes 2 hours to get there and 3 hours back with the swimming stops only leaving you with 3 hours in lindos! The people are lovely etc but for this I do recommend a faster boat for lindos

Lindos beautiful place however boat trip boring no interaction with anyone. Staff was friendly.
Poor donkeys carrying people up the hill in Lindos 43 degrees heat felt sorry for them so we walked up. Very steep hill.
I wouldn’t recommend this trip personally but everyone’s opinion is valid. The coach ride home was terrible no air conditioning on the old coach terrible.

Amazing trip! The bays are stunning and you get a good amount of time to swim at each one. The acropolis is an amazing historic site to visit. It’s €12 each entry but you can pay by card. It was a really hot day so prepare for that when walking. I would advise trainers or sensible footwear (I made the mistake of wearing sandals and my feet felt it lol) The boat was big & it gets pretty full so it’s good our transfer got us there early so we could get decent seats on the top deck. The boat was great though, plenty of room & has a bar and food available. We had the best day thank you so much! I would definitely recommend!

The transfer worked wonderfully. We were picked up from the bus stop and let out again. The boat (Discovery) was nice, you could lie down at the front and had a nice view. It was great to be in Lindos first to eat and then later for the swim stops. We liked Lindos very much. We would definitely go there again.
