Helga was wonderful! Friendly and polite and waited patiently for us as there was an issue with collecting luggage. She answered all of our questions about Reykjavik as we traveled from the airport to the hotel. Would definitely ask for her again.

Our driver was given an incorrect passenger count and had a vehicle that was too small for our group plus luggage. He did find a way to stack and pack until everything was fitted into the car. Each passenger had to hold their carry on bag in their lap but we all got to where we needed to go. Outstanding service!

On-time, courteous, friendly, comfortable, efficient transfer from Viking Jupiter cruise ship to the airport. The driver met us in front of the tourist shop in front of the terminal. It was everything we wanted. It was just perfect.
