We had an excellent tour of the Reims Cathedral with Andre. He is extremely knowledgable and has a way of presenting information that flows smoothly, is very engaging and hits key points. He also speaks English beautifully. It was a terrific tour and we highly recommend Andre as a guide.

This was a wonderful experience. We got a very good introduction to the Cathedral — exterior and interior — and got a good sense of the city center as well.

Our guide did not turn up and a replacement was not available.
We were not informed that our guide was not coming. We had to make several phone calls and were kept waiting.
We wasted our morning.
Our experience in Reims was ruined.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.
The tour guide didn’t show up at the designated meeting spot. We waited for an hour and they called over an hour later. We had already left and tour company and Viator refused to refund the amount.

On May 11, 2023, 02:42 PM - We had shared message to you both on Viator chat & through Whatsapp - regarding the revised meeting point.
On the day of tour Mon, May 22, 2023- we tried calling you on your number through Skype phone and through Whatsapp, but you did not reply and you did not call back.
We had even shared final guide details to you on May 21, 2023, 05:00 PM.
And you did not call us on our emergency number which you should have had on your voucher.
We kept our guide very long at meeting point and you did not show up.
We as Operator at GGS (Travmonde) and our guide at meeting point did our job as we were supposed to.
It is simple to understand that we can not give any refund.
Regarding your call with Viator, you need to clarify it with Viator team.

Der Führer war sehr sympathisch, und hat ein tolles deutliches englisch gesprochen. Für unsere Begriffe waren wir ein bisschen zu viel in der Kathedrale und nicht so lange in der Stadt, aber interessant war es alle Mal. Ich kann es nur empfehlen
