Champagne Lamiable is a family-run Champagne estate in the Grand Cru village of Tours-sur-Marne. With this guided tour, learn all about the world-famous bubbly and the wine-making process as you explore the winery, peek into the wine cellar, and see the winepress, vat, and barrels. This tour was excellent. Our guide Helen has extensive knowledge and we came out with a much better understanding of the champagne making process. We also enjoyed the small group experience. I would highly recommend this tour.

Helen is both an employee working in the production process and tour guide. She is well informed as well as willing to share every step of the process for making Champagne. Our 2 hour private tour provided more information than any of the larger vineyards. Her personality was bubbly like the champagne itself. The quality of the champagne is exquisite grand crus. Helen provides each person a personal experience in tasting and explores their likes until presenting the individual with a perfectly matched flavour. We were a family of four, all adults, each chose a champagne of a different flavour and thanks to Helen, we were extremely pleased.

Helene was a very friendly and knowledgable tour guide whose English was perfect. My husband and I were very lucky to have a personal tour as times are quiet due to Covid. Had ample champagne tastings and bought a lovely bottle when we left. Would highly recommend.

Our guide Ellen provided an excellent tour with lots of details and allowed all questions. Very personal. Samples of champagne provided. Much better than a scripted tour at one of the big champagne houses.

This tour was an absolute joy! Very kind and funny people, with great knowledge. The kind woman who gave us the tour spoke perfect English as well. At the end of the tour you get to taste some really great Champagne. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Wir hatten Glück: wir haben eine Tour mit Helene gebucht! 👍😜Wir wollten bewusst nicht ein Tour buchen, in einer super grossen Anlage ( Pommery, Moet & Chandon, etc.), sondern in so einem Familienbetrieb. Es war auch so , wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben: sehr schön, übersichtig, keine langen Wege. Trotzdem haben wir zwei Stunden mit Helene & Gruppe ( Canada, Deutschland, Rumänien, Litauen) genossen…die Erklärungen waren fachlich perfekt, unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Es war spannend! Am Ende haben wir drei Champagner probiert und zwar: ein 1er Cru, ein Grand Cru und ein Millésimé ( Vintage)… Köstlich! Prädikat: wertvoll bzw. empfehlenswert

Unsere Tour durch den Familienbetrieb war äußerst persönlich und wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Auch beim Verkosten wurde nicht geheizt :) es war sehr aufschlussreich und wir konnten sehr viel mitnehmen!
