We had such a great time in this cooking class! Not only was the food delicious, but we learned how attainable it will be to make the same meal in our own kitchens. The expertise of the chef was notable and our translator was equally as lovely. Will definitely do again when in Rabat!

Excellent cookery lesson, demonstrations given by cheerful Chef Zenib and clear instructions from Translator Fatima.
I learnt how to cook a tomato and pepper dish for starter that has reminded me the importance of putting time into the basics as i will be able to use this dish for the base of some of the dishes i try to create at home.
The Lamb tagine was beautifully spiced and the dessert delicious, The lesson added an extra dimension to my holiday and it felt great to be supporting women running a business in this country.
